I absolutely can not believe how rude your workers are. Everytime I would name off a part of my order Dre'onna would say... "and" and if I named off something else she would roll her eyes....when I was finished she said verbatim "is you done?" First of all not proper English secondly she barely waited for me to finish what I was saying before popping that off. It wasn't just me either, it was a specific sort of clientele she was being nasty to. Because another clientele she was smiling and very sweet. I do not know her, I was trying to be friendly so she had no reason to speak or look at me like I was the plague. Not to mention how lazy she is....while no one else was ordering she just stood there giving us all dirty looks instead of helping her coworkers with the massive line inside and outside. This is not my first time crossing paths with this very rude young lady, but if she doesn't straighten her attitude up then I will go to corporate and if she and the rest of your employees continue being this rude and lazy I will have no choice but to contact the better business bureau. Your employees need an attitude adjustment or they need to find a new line of work. This is appalling!!!

This complaint isn't just for Miss Dre'onna this is your entire staff. She just stood out the most because of how nasty she was to ke but not to someone who didn't look like me. Your managers need adjustments too, they got our order wrong a couple weeks ago and made it OUR problem and then laughed when we told him he was being rude.

I placed my order through the drive through and waited in line for a very long time. As I was waiting, the manager came from the passenger side of a truck she had been hanging out for a while and started walking in the back door as I heard her say "I'm the only manager, pray for me." I realized that there was a problem up at the window and by the time I got up there, I realized why. The employees were clueless and rude. I had an EGift Card to use and points that I have earned. I had them scan the points that should have taken off one of the blizzards. I then showed them my egift card and they said they couldn't use it. She kept referring to it as a coupon and I kept telling her it's a gift card not a coupon. I asked if there was a manager to try it and she said "No we do not have a manager up here." Then, the woman that was outside hanging out in the truck came over and was very rude saying that I couldn't use that gift card because they weren't a "participating DQ". A third person came over and put it in correct as a gift card - not coupon and it went through. My free item was not taken off for points so i paid for it and everything was completely melted when she gave it to me and made a huge mess. Side note - the outside of the restaurant by the speakers were absolutely foul. They need to clean up their parking lot bad. There is so much trash its disgusting.

If it would register I WOULDN'T even give them 1 star. 10/17/23 LOBBY IS CLOSED TO PATRONS.(signs on door & window. Due to staff shortage.) Ordered a small sundae with 1/2 hf one side 1/2 peanut butter other side, whipped cream, and pecans. I normally order medium but since only drive thru decided on the small. SHOCKINGLY it came to $4.98..... I have NEVER paid that for the medium in the past.) THAT'S NOT the shocker. I got home; took the lid off and literally the ice cream didn't even go 1/2 of an inch above the cup where you take the lid off. Maybe 3-4 TBSP of ice cream! So, I paid for all this EXTRA TOPPING AND NOT ENOUGH ICE CREAM to even FINISH this dinky sundae! What a waste of $5 and to me that's a lot! Two ice cream places that I will no longer patronize due to THEIR CUT BACKS AND INCREASING PRICES just from THIS summer's/& fall experiences!!! The other place makes their own and ALL FLAVORS taste the same; tried 2 different visits.....so never went back there either. And now the second establishment that I will no longer patronize is HERE. So far, the best ice cream IVE had this summer is the bldg next to La Loma's on Canton Road they have food and a pinata store all in that building. I will give my business to the small businesses that deserve it! Wish I could post the picture...
