Dunkin' — Restaurant in Akron

My husband and I visit this place everyday...This is our home store. We don't care where we are or how far we gotta drive, we will not go to another location. E. Market Street Dunkin is a wonderful place. I want to personally shout out Shawn and Megan. Megan is the one that does drive thru a lot and I met Shawn thru the drive thru as well. I've seen these ladies a great deal of my time in the last few years and I have never ever had an issue with them at all. They are very kind, very professional and seems to me always at work....it's like it's their second home. It's important to always be kind to someone because we never know what they may be going through in life or how far kindness truly goes. If I'm having a bad start to my day, I am always leaving dunkin feeling so much better. Its not just because I got my Cold brew but because these ladies are great people. Their smiles and kind hearts are very contagious. When ever our order got messed up recently (because sometimes it happens, normally when there are new recruits) shawn fixed it with out hesitation and with out attitude. Same with Megan, if I needed to send my order back because I noticed an error in drive thru, she got it fixed with out hesitation and with out attitude. We all have bad days sometimes and I've had incidents were some workers gave me a dirty look or attitudes but I've never ever felt this or received this type of treatment from these 2 beautiful souls. They definitely deserve recognition and raises in my opinion. Thank you two from the bottom of my heart. I just asked my husband what 2 workers at dunkin stand out to him the most with being the best worker and how they make Him feel as a person and customer and he just described Megan and Shawn as well. I live near this Dunkin so I go to it quite frequently. More than half the girls that work there are rude and don't know how to make the drinks. They get my order wrong like 50% of the time and I'm not asking for anything special. I went today and when I pulled up to the speaker she told me to go ahead when I'm ready. I asked for a second while I told my kids what flavors they could get. I then started ordering. The car at the window pulled off and no one had responded to me. I said hello, and she goes are you ready to order? I said yeah I already started ordering. Silence. So I asked for the same drink again and to add 2 pumps of sugar to it. She said that already comes with sugar in it. I said okay? So can you put the pumps of sugar in? She said coolatas already have a lot of sugar in them so you want more sugar in it? At that point I just left because why do I have to explain why I want more sugar in my drink that I'm paying for to some high-school girl. It's not her job to worry about my sugar intake, it's her job to take my order and hand me my stuff. And she wouldn't even answer me on if she could do it or not. It's situations like this that make me wonder why fast food employees think they deserve more than minimum wage. Don't get me wrong ik fast food can be hard, I've been there. This location always seems to lose my mobile order then I sit there waiting forever for it. Happened today I waited and waited because they were a little busy. Then it slowed down and the employees started horsing around. I asked about my order and they finally found it. I thought mobile ordering was suppose to be faster and more convenient but it seems they just print the slips and forget about the orders. What's really annoying about it all is the employees just leave you standing there waiting at the mobile pick up counter without even asking if you need help or your name for an order. People came in after me and he asked this man his name and got his order and I said loudly I guess mine was lost, that finally got his attention. I honestly hate this location anymore the staff is awful and not friend or helpful. Previously I was waiting for an order of donuts at th pickup area well the girl had bagged them and set them by the Register so I'm waiting and she's got them holding them hostage where they're not suppose to be.
