The service is a little slow but the food is always good.
UPDATE. I had to update my review, service here has gone downhill latenight. On 3/26 at 1:30am was the worse I have treated here. I was at the drive thru, at the speaker, waiting for someone to answer. I called out a few times and honked my horn, after about 5 minutes I decided to drive up to the window to see if something had happened. The place looked deserted, no one at the window or the counter, finally someone walked up and was messing with the coffee machine...and ignored me. She walked back and forth and would only glance at me out of the corner of her eyes, after about 3 to 4 minutes of this, I finally asked if they were open. She looked at me and said "Huh", and I repeated " are you open ", she said "Yeah, bit I don't see no order on the board" and I informed her that was because I sat at the speaker and no one answers and that I even honked a few times. She looked at me and asked if I was in the right spot and I said " Umm, yeah, at the speaker, where it says order here, I figured that was the right spot"...so she starts to question me again and I just said I was leaving and she called after me saying wait wait I can help you.
Yeah, she could have but instead she made a usually easy buying experience difficult. This with a few other bad experiences the past couple of months makes this trip my last time here...
Read moreIdk who was on the phone lines for this morning but by far Rude & disrespectful, and wants to argue about “no ones been sitting in the line for thirty minutes” I’m facetiming my husband + watching the dash cams and the 3 cars there in front and behind him haven’t moved an inch for almost 28 minutes.. I’m calling and first thing I ask “are you open” yes okay getting somewhere “are your drive thru lines running okay, my husband has been in the line for a while and there no movement on one half of th- “ WE are just SUPER busy” “ well I’m sorry miss but he’s been at standstill almost 30 minutes” and wants to tell me that they don’t have folks sitting there for absurd amounts of time is laughable. I’ve worked at McDonald’s in florida and places like hungry howies too where I’m constantly cutting and making pizzas in a 2-3 person store in a busy locale tourist area in citrus county and not a moment to sit down or nothing so I understand a business can get swamped.

From only getting a 3/4 full cup of coffee to waiting at curbside for 30 minutes just to have to go through the drive thru and then not even give me an apology for waiting! I must be a glutton for punishment. Now I'm going to have to call the franchise again to complain. One time I'd love to be able to call and praise how great a store handled a bad situation.
Past experience
If you are closed, make sure people cannot order from the app. Also don't let them sit in curbside pickup for 20 minutes. Then don't be rude when they finally drive through the drive thru to find out what's going on. Then don't refuse to refund the order that cannot be refunded through the app. Today you stole money and time from me and yelled at me. Why would I ever want to return! Addendum today I went back trying to get them to make this right and they told me to take it up with my bank. It says right in the app if there's an issue with not getting food the store should take care of the issue. The manager did not care and does not understand what good customer service is.
