Subway — Restaurant in Akron

Sent my boyfriend to pick me up a sandwich at lunch. Read the online description of the sandwich told him to make it as is add cucumber, avocado and heavy mayo. Received a sandwich with only meat, cucumbers ,avocado and EXTREMELY heavy mayo. It was inedible. Sent boyfriend back to Subway to have them remake it. They refused to remake it, told him the online sandwiches are not the same as the in-store sandwiches and she refused to remake it. However she remade a sandwich for a customer who ate in the restaurant right in front of him then told him she gets to remake them at her discretion. So I will not be returning to this subway and I suggest everyone go in and order their sandwiches if they have to use this one. Super...

Went in to try it out as I enjoy subway on occasion. The girl who made food rushed when we were the only ones in store and got my order wrong. I bought a salad with double meat all veggies, no olives. She put onions, green peppers, banana peppers and jalapeños ONLY. A salad isn't a salad without lettuce which she said she'd add last. Never got it. No tomatoes or other veggies either. Then she didn't close my boyfriend's sandwich, just wrapped paper over top, so it obviously turned into a sopping mess. Disgusting and a waste of money. I know you can see what they are doing, but I shouldnt have to watch the employee like a hawk to make sure my food is made correctly. I've been in this Subway several times. It's close to my home. The last 3 times I've been there the two girls a light skinned girl was extremely rude. She asked me what did I want like it hurt her to talk to me. She halfway did my sandwich, threw the toppings on like I'd asked her to dig a ditch. Was in yesterday there was nobody in there but me a darker skinned worker and the same little lighter skinned girl. I stood there while they conversed like I was even there for about two minutes.
