Came at around 9:55pm on a weekday night, took a moment to have my order taken, no problem. They did tell me to pull to the first window, and after I waited there for maybe 30 seconds and not seeing any workers, I pulled up to the second thinking maybe they said the wrong one. I’ve done it before. Turns out I was mistaken and I was asked to back up by one of the dancing workers which I had no issue with. I apologized to both the man who told me to back up as well as the lady at the first window. The lady who ended up taking my payment at the first window would not speak to me and handed mme my change wordlessly. I had to ask for a receipt which isn’t an issue, but it would be nice if it was offered. I thanked her and went back up to the second window where I got to listen to very loud music and the workers all dancing. No problem, I’ve worked a lot of years in food service, lots of closing shifts under my belt, dancing and music helps lighten the mood. I was handed my drink without a word or a straw after waiting for a few moments. Then I waited some more. Again, no problem, I know how pre close works and sometimes it takes longer to get food ready. I was finally handed my food and I had to ask for a straw really quick, the man who handed me my food apologized and told me to have a good night, to which I smiled and thanked him. It seemed a touch condescending, but I’d like to think I was misreading his expression and tone. I was extremely tired and looking forward to my small fry and burger after barely eating all day and knowing I had to be back up for work at 3am. I first ate the fries which were completely at room temperature. I was a little frustrated but decided, oh well, they probably didn’t drop fresh fries and just served the old ones after they made the burger fresh. That was not the case as when I bit into the burger, it was cold. I’m not expecting great service at night, or even great food quality, but this was just straight up bad. I couldn’t finish any of it and I wasted almost $11 on terrible food. I get that food service is exhausting work and underpaid, but really? After waiting that long? I would have rather had them lie and say they were closed or just not answer the speaker. I’m guilty of both. But making people pay that much for godawful food in this economy? It’s frustrating. Read moreWent through the drive thru tonight with my baby and toddler at 6:10pm. June 16, 2024. There was about 3 employees standing by the 2nd window. This female employee in question looked young with long, straight black hair and blue eyes i think. No name tag. Caucasian. Ordered the food and at the end of my order the teenager or young lady taking my order... didn't catch her name...screamed "god damn". I was shocked. My 3 year old said "momma she said god damn. That's not a good word" so I drove up to the window and asked her, "why did you say god damn?" SO she knew exactly what I was referring to. She said, "your car is just really loud in my ears. It's hurting all of our ears". I was a bit taken back because it's a drive thru... fast food drive thru with many different vehicles coming through it. I replied, "This is a 2005 gmc envoy. It's what I have to drive us around" and she said again "we'll it's very loud. And it hurt our ears (pointing to the other employees standing there) and it also doesn't help repeating the curses again in front of your kid" I responded "She already repeated it..." And she rolled her eyes. She is very rude, immature, and unprofessional. Her fellow employee stated that she didn't mean it in any serious way. The other employee gestured to me that it wasn't her. They knew what she did and how she acted was wrong. She needs to grow up and get real. Insulting my car, cursing, arguing. Not what she's there for. I worked in fast food, wendys even when I was younger... she has to do some soul searching and let go of her little tough girl attitude. They didn't give me a receipt and didn't answer the phone i called 3 x. Just a bad experience. Didn't make family or I feel very good. But this young lady is definitely a poor business model for your company. She needs re trained or a good talking to. Can't go far in life treating others like that.. she prob doesn't even drive yet ......
Read moreEdit : April 22 2022 formerly 5* but that was 5 years ago! I waited 3 days for a reply to be ignored , now it goes here . I ordered online April 19 2022 8:35 pm. Paid for my order in advance. Store supposedly open until midnight. Get to drive thru wait an additional 10 minutes at window for them to finally tell us "We are out of salads, we are out of baked potatoes, no bacon for the Double bourbon bacon cheeseburger. the frosty machine is down". so out of my entire prepaid order the only thing they have is fries?! I just ordered ahead ,drove up here and then waited another 10 minutes at this window- for fries!! Refund & cancel the order. Worker was rude about the whole thing like we were inconveniencing her . They're supposed to be open another 4 hours & they're out of most everything? EXTREMELY poor management. I don't want to hear supply chain issues either, bc if you cant get it in & are out of things why aren't they reflected in the menu that's not supply chain, that's poor management. Further they require an email & phone # for order- can't pick up the phone ? Send off an email? I try to call to make sure its refunded...no answer after letting it ring non stop until it disconnects. Tried again the next day- again no answer. File a complaint with corporate- after 3 days STILL no reply. but the cash left my account within seconds of ordering, yet in 3 days not one manager can be bothered at the store (2060 Mogadore Rd Akron Oh 44312), to pick up the phone, their corporate "contact us" apparently is just for show.
