Only giving one star because 0 isn't an option. Pulled me up for fries in the drive thru line. I asked them to please make sure my order was right since I was being pulled forward. Jacks prides themselves on keeping their drive thru time down. I know I worked at Anniston jacks for 5 years. But is it really good to pull someone forward to wait on fries to cook 4 minutes, and leave them out their for over 10 minutes? Since nobody was behind me I backed up to the window and asked how long it was going to take to complete my order. The girl replied, it's coming up. I continued to wait, listening thru the open window about them commenting on how I was "running their drive thru time up". She handed me the bags and shut the window. She didn't say have a good day or nothing. I immediately began checking the food cause most of the time they get my order wrong. So the manager comes over to the window to ask me if I needed anything else. I explained I was checking my order for accuracy. She waited and I asked for ketchup. As she hands it out to me I notice she was shaking like she was mad because I had backed up to the window. Sad part is I will probably go back again sometime because my kids love Jack's but their customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am a regular customer and wanted to mention a problem with your new drive through⦠I believe it is too small on the inside laneā¦well why donāt I just use the outsideā¦not my point i want to be able to use either and so does everyone elseā¦the problem is that you are aware of it since you have placed a bunch of indicators there to warn people instead of fixing the problemā¦I mention this because there is a bunch of tire rubs in spite of the indicators and that is a safety concern that is why I am contacting you⦠anyone who scrubs their tire sidewall on that curb is damaging their tires and that could cause a tire failure at a later time and possibly have a wreck due to this safety issue⦠I say all this just to let you know that you know about this since your action to date are to place indicators upā¦so you have definitely and knowingly caused some tire damage and possibly a vehicle accidentā¦
Another thing that bugs me is your outside lights are always onā¦
I sent text messages and spoke with 2 store managers prior to posting this review.

Especially since the counter hasn't been cleaned or sanitized in how many hours. 2 years ago: This Jackās has gone down hill, theyāre becoming like McDonaldās, you donāt get what you want to order, theyāll put in what they think you want, not what you want. The cashier did not ālistenā to what I wanted. And the kid that makes the burgers, just literally threw the sandwiches on the line, got home & opened mine & my burger was covered in ketchup! New review: 8/2/2023ā¦20 piece chicken tenders, not worth the money (expensive), not much chicken, very small, not like they use to be, doesnāt taste good eitherā¦like I said before, theyāve gone down hill, really downhill. I understand the inflation, but, we need to eatā¦not much parking with new Jackās, be prepared to sit in new drive-thru š„ŗā¦hope they got my food right...
