Cutters Pizzeria of Alexandria — Restaurant in Alabama

My family and I came in last night and ordered a Chicago holy smoke with no mushrooms and boneless wings. We got the wings and they were bone in. Get the pizza and there was barely any sauce in the pizza. 10 minutes to get the plates and plastic ware after receiving the pizza. The pizza had mushrooms on the pizza and almost no sauce. The waitress went back and told the cook and I hear him with attitude to the waitress. She waitress hand writes a coupon out on a piece of paper for the issues. I did expect a lot better service than we received. I was nice and professional when I told the waitress that we were not happy about the service. The cook kept glaring at me as well. It's probably a good thing he didn't say anything to me because he would have had the same attitude towards me would not have went over well. My family comes in once a week and spends roughly $40 on food and have been doing this for some 1 year and half. Found this restaurant after a trip to Cheaha State Park and the photos alone had me set on coming here. We asked the woman working up front to choose between garlic knots & cheesesticks and went with her choice - The cheesesticks were delicious and the meat lover's pizza was one of the best I've ever had! Definitely one of those meals that makes you a little sad at the end, because you wish you could keep eating it 😂

The service was great, they've got some nice weekday specials, and gigantic cups too. We'll be sure to stop by the next time we're in town.

Also, to the owner/person who reads these reviews, what's a girl gotta do to get a discount for next time? 🤤 The prices are fair regardless, but hey, you know what they say: Closed mouths don't get fed. And this one wants more of that yummy,...

My family and I We all really like eating here. We’ve been eating at cutters pizza for about 3 years now even though we don’t order as much as we did when we lived in Alexandria because we moved, but we still find the time to go pick up some great food & pizzas. The overall experience has always been great. The pizzas and food are always delicious. Our overall experience has always been wonderful and we love the atmosphere. The restaurant is always very nice and clean in a safe environment. The atmosphere is very family oriented so that’s a plus and the prices are inexpensive.
