Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Alabama

I eat at Jimmy John’s almost weekly. This was my first time at the 69 South location as I was waiting for my bf to have dental work done next door. I placed my order in the drive through. Once I pulled up to the window, the drive thru lady open the window but never said a word. She just held the window open for the 2 minutes it took them to make my sandwich and stared at the computer screen frowning. It was very awkward and rude. A young black guy came from across the room to bring my sandwich. I’m assuming he was a delivery driver as he was wearing a jacket that was very wet from the active rain. He told me to have a good day. At the moment I grabbed my bag from him. The drive thru lady ( older short white lady) starts SNEEZING INTO THE AIR. I know this is Alabama and ppl don’t want to wear masks but if you’re sick you could at least wear a mask or cover your d* mouth. Especially at a restaurant that serves cold food. Will...

Does every freaking cookie have to have white chocolate chips?! Pumpkin, peppermint, red velvet. CANT EVEN HAVE A REGULAR CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE. I'm surprised they didn't throw a few into the oatmeal raisin cookie for fun. THE ONLY cookie that should have white chocolate chips is the Rasberry Cheesecake cookie AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THAT ONE!!!

Also I keep going in and asking for a meatball sub and they never have it. It's literally on the freaking menu why are yall always out.

Getting rid of the bottled lemonade, THE MOST POPULAR ITEM ON THE MENU, and replacing it with FREEZING COLD PASTA SALAD. What horrible menu decisions. No Diet Dr Pepper. Boo.

No Dijon mustard. No pepperoni. No personal pizzas. No microwave or toaster oven or way to heat up my sandwich, but I've seen them making pizza in the ovens. 🙄

Worst experience at Jimmy Johns. Order placed at 6:50pm. No one showed up in an hour with my food. Driver said he knocked and no one answered, and said he called. I have no missed calls on my phone and have not left my apartment. Spoke to the manager and argued with me about answering the door. His solution was to come pick the food up at the store! No one came to my apartment! I worked at Jimmy Johns a few years ago. The only way a sandwich wasn’t delivered was if it was 3 in the morning and the drunk college student was passed out already!!
