Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Alabama

My only complaint used to be that they never give you the marinara sauce with cheesy bread unless you ask for. NOW my complaint is every time I come here, they take my money then ask me to sit out front and they'll bring the food out to me in a minute. The parking lot is way too small and hard to navigate. But THEY ALWAYS FORGET ABOUT ME! I have sat out there for 45 minutes one time, lost the receipt, they claimed to not remember me........ Jesus. Here now waiting on crazy puffs. They gave a pizza with no pepperoni despite me saying pepperoni pizza like 5 times even when they asked to make sure. Meanwhile, people are walking out with crazy puffs nonstop. Why?!?!?! I mean.... what the heck. Get your stuff together people......... Domino's barely costs more, they make it on time and let you keep track of it, AND the pizza has actual flavor.... the pizza here literally has no flavor at all whatsoever. It's like eating a plain clump of tasteless mystery matter. I dare you to blindfold someone and give them a bite and see if they can tell what it is. Bread? Playdough? Cardboard? Who knows! It's harder than the pepsi challenge. Zero stars. The crazy puffs are good if you can actually get them. That's the only good thing I can say. But I've been waiting on mine for about an hour now even though I've been through the window 3 times for them.

UPDATE!!! I'm leaving WITHOUT crazy puffs, and I'm throwing away this tasteless cheese pizza because eating mud would be more of a sensory experience than this. They couldn't possibly do any worse. I'm going to dispute this charge...

The pizza and wings are great!!! The prices are beyond reasonable. However, I am giving only 1 star due to the customer service. This establishment ate being ran by children. They are young and immature. I have no problems with young people working in management positions. I think it's an excellent way for promotion to excel in larger leadership roles for future endeavors. But, when the young people you hire are rude and no responsible that's where my concerns begin. My family and I are loyal customers that frequent this establishment often. Everytime an order is placed for pick up, it is stated 10-15 min. Whenever I arrive which is usually 20 or 30 mins just to give them time to have the order ready and not have to wait. I still have a wait time...not just a few mins., it's more like they never put the pizza in the oven. My wait time is always 15 min or more after I call in 2p to 30 mins prior. When asked if call in orders are acceptable, the young lady rudely sighed and said yes..however, I explained my situation just like so..and she didn't seen concerned with doing better only seemed arrogant and irritated. Never did I raise my voice, get loud or rude..I only gave my feedback for a more positive experience. They are slow, bad attitudes, and in need of coaching and development. They lack customer service and speed. Btw..the time before my last visit, they have my husband the wrong order. So then again, another wait to correct...

This little Caesars absolutely SUCKS. 99.9% of the time when we go there it's a gamble on wether or not we will actually come out with a pizza. Usually there is one person on staff and they have to make the pizzas to order and it takes like 10 or more minutes when they advertise HOT AND READY PIZZAS. I understand that you can't expect terribly much when you're getting $5 pizzas but it's ridiculous. Not to mention the customer service is terrible. I work in food service so it's not just a "oh here we go ANOTHER complaint that doesn't hold any ground because they want free stuff." The last time I got pizza from there (thank God they actually HAD pizza available that night and it was the pizza we wanted) but the guy who served us what so rude you'd have thought we had called him a lowlife employee. We told him part of the order and he was already walking away to grab it when we didn't even finish telling him our order so we had to call him back to the window (which was cheesy bread which they ALSO don't regularly keep ready to pick up). He told us our total and we paid and he got us our pizzas in total silence. No "here you go" or "have a nice day" or even a short little apathetic "enjoy". I understand having a bad work day but that was completely rude and...
