Subway — Restaurant in Alabama

Have very much enjoyed being back in the area, they send out great coupons as well where I can actually afford to take my family to get food, we eat here usually at least 1 time a week. My only issue that drives me crazy. I also worked for subway for nearly 8 years. They used to be super strict on how sandwiches where made meat cheese on one side veggies on the other sauce on meat more towards the inside of the bread fold with hand not knife. Every single person who makes subs now at that location. Piles everything in the middle of the bread sauce on top of all of it and tries to close it with a knife and force the stuff into the middle of the sub. It's messy, extremely messy. And bc the sauce is on top it all falls out when you unwrap the sub its all over the outside of the bread. Still has the same great subway taste just covers you in sauce and vegetables. That's the only reason they don't get 5 stars from me. I'm not sure if it's bc they have new owners and not doing the old training anymore or what. But that definitely should be something...

This location is a very (OUTSTANDING) restaurant!!!💯👏 Every time I come to this store,it is clean!!A++++ The atmosphere is wonderful !!!!A+++ The bathroom is always clean!!!A+++ The Bar is (VERY) clean!!! Everything about this store location is clean!!!!Inside,and out...A+++++ The employees. These 2 employees here that I am about to mention are beyond nice!!!👏 TANESHEIA CHRISTOPHER & JANET LEE-MASTER.👏💯👊👍💯💯 These 2 people here are the most respectable, professional, kind-hearted, courteous employees that I have ever met at any Subway location (EVER)!!👏 They should be recognized!!! I am going to call the corporate office and let them know as well. I really do believe that one day these 2 people will do something great to help...

Pulled up at this location TWENTY MINUTES before they supposedly “closed” and the worker was already closing!! She (shaved head, obviously didn’t get her name because we couldn’t get in) SAW us pull up, walked to the door and LOCKED it then stared at us through the window until we drove off. Ridiculous!! I could understand if we pulled up 2 minutes before closing but twenty?!? So, we drove all the way to the location on quintard in hopes that they were open (like they’re supposed to be) and they were! Hate we had to pull up even closer to closing time there but we really wanted subway. The lady working that location was SO sweet and quick!! Definitely deserves a raise. Keep workers...
