Sweet Home is a hidden gem I've come to adore. From the moment you step inside, the friendly staff makes you feel welcomed. The cheeseburger here is simply outstanding, juicy and packed with flavor—definitely a must-try.

However, the real star for me is their pizza. My wife and I indulged in a large, thin-crust pizza loaded with fresh toppings, and it was a revelation. The size was generous, living up to its description, and incredibly satisfying - so much so that we had to take some home in a to-go box. Paired with a beer and a diet coke, the meal cost us less than $30, a steal for the quality and quantity.

Initially, when we moved to Cropwell, we were advised to steer clear of Sweet Home as it was labeled a "dive." Thankfully, another recommendation redirected us, and Sweet Home has since become a favorite spot. Coupled with the excellent food is the heartwarming sight of families dining together, everyone seemingly content and enjoying their time.

I didn’t enjoy my experience or time at this restaurant; it was awful. The bartenders/waitresses were very rude and acted as if they were mad about something the whole time we were there. The cook who brought out our food this afternoon looked like she had been scratching her skin while cooking, possibly due to drug use; she’s the blonde one, you won’t be able to miss her. I was very disappointed in the food as well; it was undercooked and dry, the burger felt like a brick with cheese. I don’t know where the owner hires these people, but he needs to do more thorough background checks on some of them. Not all the bartenders/cooks are bad, some seem like good people trying to do their jobs, but I bet that the owner and the people he employs here make it harder for some of the good workers to do so. Looking forward all week to coming here for my birthday dinner and food was terrible! Fries had been reheated. Took forever to even be acknowledge that we were there waitress took our order brought our food and then never came back. Literally sat there for 12 minutes waiting to see if we were gonna get a refill or anything. Nothing go to ask for ticket and to go box and she’s sitting there at the bar drinking! Worst birthday dinner ever! $80 for a glass of water bc that was only thing...
