We have been here numerous occasions already and the food has been a bit hit or miss. The language barrier is likely the cause as servers with a better grasp of the language tend to better understand requests.
Stopped by after storms drove us from the water. Our group was not particularly hungry, but we sat down and ordered drinks, queso and "chunky guacamole".
The waitress did not seem to speak much English, and she wasn't well read on the differences between margaritas listed on the menu. The top shelf margarita was priced cheaper than the Isabella margarita, but she either did not know the difference beyond the pricing, or she did not understand the question. When the ladies ordered one of each, we were then told that only one was currently available. That was the one they both received and they enjoyed them.
The other gentleman with us ordered a large draft and requested salted rim and a slice of lime, the beer arrived with neither. She did bring a slice of lime upon his second request.

Read moreMy husband got take-out from there last weekend. Maybe we should have gone in and sat down. The food was still hot, looked delicious, smelled the same. I was prepared to sit down, watch a movie with the hub and I took 1 bite ... the peppers, onions, burned CHARRED so black I got instantly sick. I ate the chicken underneath and it had a great taste but I couldn't get past the burned toppings that I shoved it in the fridge. I was mad after that so I didn't eat at all. Maybe they were closing, it was packed as usual. For my 1st experience just left a bad bad taste in my mouth. I told my husband "It's back to Guadalajara for me"! It's OK I've been eating there since high school with my best friend for over 20 years. Tradition is great, you know everything on the menu! No...

Literally, there was no juice. It was so plain and dry, even the limes didn’t help them. My husband, who is Hispanic, said they was the worst tacos he’s ever had. My fajita taco salad was awful. Very bland and dry. I had to order an additional cheese dip to pour on top. I don’t even think it had shredded cheese on it lol. It had lettuce and mainly sour cream. We will try this place out on down the road, maybe 1-2 years from now, to see if it’s improved. For now, the food is not good. Also, we had to wait like 30 minutes for our food to be delivered. Once again though, the staff...
