Over the past few months this location has gone down hill with service as well as quality. Every time I come my drink tastes different and my breakfast portion is always different. I always get the same thing, a joy shot and a breakfast bagel. My bagel is either burnt or not toasted enough and it either has 1 piece of bacon or 4 pieces. My joy shot always tastes different depending on who makes it also. My main concern is that the price is ALWAYS so different which is very frustrating⦠I have asked on many occasions why the price continues to vary so much depending on who rings it up. I get a joy shot with but instead of 2 pumps caramel, I get 1 pump caramel and 1 pump white chocolate. After speaking to whom I was told was the manager, she informed me the I should not be paying extra for the same amount of sauce. She rang it back up and printed a receipt for me to use next time as a reference for whoever was ringing it up so I wouldnāt continue to be overcharged. She said if I were to add a flavor (meaning additional pumps other than 2, thatās when I would be charged). However, after coming back by today that same lady once questioned again about why I paid over $9 stated that due to an āorder changeā it was $2 extra even though it was the same amount of flavoring that is typically used⦠Once I tried to explain thatās not what I was previously told by her all she could say was that it was company policy now⦠would love an explanation as to how the same amount of flavoring justifies such a significant up charge and why it has always been so inconsistent with pricingā¦

After working 12 hours overnight I decided to swing by our fav coffee shop on the way home, I got there about ten minutes prior to opening so I parked and waited in the parking lot. I usually order a steamer for the non-coffee drinker in our house. The male barista ringing me up this morning was unsure how to ring this up and asked another barista how to do it (shaved head, believe her name is Megan R). I literally watched her roll her eyes, turn around, and did not offer him any help in adding this to my order. I was baffled because the line is getting lengthy on both sides and one would assume itād be faster service to show him really quick than him try to figure it out. Well, I was also looking for a specific drink recommended by another barista there but was unsure of the name. I asked what drink comes with four espresso shots, Megan Rās response was āall of them.ā Now Iām annoyed because I know I can order extra espresso shots in anything that I order, but I wanted to know what drink came with it as ordered not an add-on. Thank goodness the male barista ringing me up knew that one. This is definitely not how I would expect to end my night/start my day as a nurse. Megan Rās service was so poor and distasteful not only towards me but her fellow coworker. I have NEVER had such a NEGATIVE experience at Ellianoās. She needs customer service training. There is no reason to be so grouchy/rude first thing in the morning. You never know who you are serving or what someone is going through. Will I go back? Probably. Will I ever forget her and the nasty service this morning?...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOne of the employees is extremely immature, whoever drives the silver car with a satchels pizza bumper sticker. We pulled in to get a coffee and there was one car at the window and one behind it before us. The car at the window pulled off and the one behind it sat for a couple minutes without pulling forward, so my husband beeped a little beep because they were probably just distracted on their phone. They rolled their window down to say something but ours was up. They ordered and received their food and continued to sit there for another several minutes, we assumed waiting on another item but then after several minutes without receiving anything else they pulled out. When we got to the window my husband said "what's wrong with that person?" And the person at the window laughed it off and said " oh she works here" my husband explained how rude she was that when she got her food she continued to sit there just to be a jerk because we had honked and honestly it felt awkward to even order a drink at that point because it's clear these two employees were friends and just thought the whole situation was funny.
I know it's 2025 and most of the younger kids who are working this location were raised on tiktok and don't know how customer service works or how to actually speak to another human face to face without having some social anxiety panic attack but it was completely unprofessional and ridiculous to learn and employee would behave that way and the reaction of her friend made me feel like I had to worry someone would do something...
