First of all my daughter was an employee at this location I highly do not recommend letting your child work here if they are under 18 the management is awful my daughter came home crying everyday from work her coworkers are stuck up and snotty..they refuse to teach her anything and she gets blamed for doing it wrong when she's only doing what she was taught the store manager Ashley when I called to ask about my daughter's check she was disrespectful did not let me talk told me that me and my daughter need to communicate better told me my daughter was disrespectful.... last weekend my daughter worked from 5 -1 am and she came home and said she wanted to quit because the manager was upset about her not feeling comfortable taking orders over the intercom she had only been working here for a week and remind you this is her first job at a fast food restaurant she has no idea what she is doing ..... my daughter told her employee this too... you would think they would give her time to adjust and let her figure the stuff out but this was a problem.. she also works back window customers are getting upset with her because she has to make the person wait at her window untill the cooks tell her it's okay to check them out which is fine the customer is going to have to wait at the first window or the second either way they have to wait so she has to ignore the customer until she is told to do otherwise...then they pull up because she is ignoring them and because they didn't pay they will make you back up back to her window so they can pay it's the stupidest thing I've ever heard ..there was a problem with one of her employees she was upset with my daughter Because she had bagged some food and put the wrong ticket on it so it got handed out to the wrong person knowing that she is new her employees are down her neck regardless... she was in a rush and was trying to do multiple things at ounce there was too many orders for her to do by herself in the time she had to do so and she was also taking orders at front desk while trying to bag it's a lot of pressure....the girl had got mad cussed my daughter out called her out her name disrespected her told her she didn't Need to work up front and that she wasn't listening to her when she told her to take an order on the intercom my daughter had ignored the comments because she was busy doing her job and can't do everything by herself when she asked for help her employees where busy doing other things the customer that had gotten the wrong order had came inside and asked for a refund the girl Continues to disrespect my daughter and management did nothing but ask to talk to my daughter outside and to clock out when she talked to my daughter she said she didn't understand why my daughter was having trouble and when my daughter told her it was because she needed help the manager told her "why you have worked here a week you should know what your doing" some may agree but I do not everybody is not the same ..... my daughter had spilled something on her pants on break so she changed into what she had .... Ashley had a problem with her pants and told her she could work in them for the rest of the day the next day my daughter goes back to work and all her employees have leggings and crocs on wich is not their uniform so I don't understand why it's okay for some kids but not mine I get life isn't fair and. I don't expect anyone to treat my daughter likes she's gold all I'm saying is if somebody would have taken the time to talk to her and figure out where her struggles were they could have helped her so she can do her job better and help everyone she can't help you if she doesnt know what she is supposed to do.... nobody told her that they sold bags of ice I'm 50 and I didn't know they sold ice some lady was waiting in drivethrough for 6 minutes waiting on a bag of ice when the manager and the employee asked her if she could get the ice she said yes and filled the ice machines bc that's what she thought she was supposed to do she got yelled at for it and I don't see why...

I wish no Mother would ever have to take in the humility and embarrassment that I had to today! I went through the drive-through. I ordered a 12 piece chicken fry and two value drinks for my kids to share. The screen keeps blinking so you missed some of the deals, I caught a glimpse. It said you can get two 8pieces for less than the 12 piece. So I said I’m so sorry I see this is cheaper. Can I get the two 8pieces instead of just the 12 piece? At this moment, I got attitude from the voice and said well I’ll have to change it at the window. I then stated if it’s too much please don’t worry about it. I’ll just keep it the way it is. she then replied back is that what I said! as I kept my mouth shut, all I said as driving away from the intercom was that was rude. I get to the window to pay and she comes to the window and says I’m not going to serve you today!Have a great day. there was no legal reason of why she could not serve me! I then went inside while recording crying my eyes out because my kids are hungry and that is all my two-year-old loves to eat is chicken fries and she refused to help me or give me the corporate phone number. She felt like I yelled at her! I then told her pull the cameras nobody yelled nobody even cussed nobody even said anything. All I said was you were being rude, and you could not handle the truth. It then turned into a personal retaliation by not serving me! I’ve seen on several reviews. They will refuse people there just because they don’t like being told they’re rude but yet they keep getting away with it and I don’t understand why corporate has not stepped in and done something. I reached out to a lawyer today after the situation happened because I suffer from heart issues and severe anxiety, and after her humiliating me and causing pain to my heart and a severe panic attack, my lawyer said I had a case because there was no lawful reason why she had the right to refuse me Nor humiliate me! As I broke down in the parking lot behind my car after everything happened I cried so hard my knees hit the ground, and as I was praying this sweet elderly lady pulled up beside me and she offered to get my kids some chicken fries. I was just so happy that moment to see there was still Christians here on earth. Read moreI had the misfortune to interact with a manager, Deidre Whiteley. The website negative reviews about this manager in particular. I had placed an order through Uber eats. The order was incorrect. I called the store right away on the night we ordered, June 16th. The manager at that time, Brittany, said that she would have the order remade. I told her I couldn't come pick it up that night. She said she would write my name down and that I just needed to come up any order would be remade. I went today my first opportunity when I asked if Britney was working, I was told Britney wasn't there. I was also told that she hadn't reported to work, that she hadn't called to explain why, that she was a bad manager, and after I explained what I was there for, I was told that Britney didn't understand policy. I was told that my order would not be remade. When I asked if I was just out the money for the wrong items on the order Ms. Whiteley was not forthcoming with a resolution. She was very rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Eventually, she said that I should contact Uber eats about a refund. I asked how long she had been a manager. She said she had been a manager a long time and that she was very good at her job. If she had been good at her job, she never would have gossiped about the other manager, she would have told me what the process was for the refund and I would have been out of the store in less than a minute. Her first reaction was to gossip about a co-worker and to be obscure about the policy for refund. There are numerous complaints on this website. I asked for a higher level manager which was her suggestion. She told me, after she said a higher level manager was needed, that she would not give me the name of a higher level manager. I asked about the corporate office. She said this location was a franchise. I asked for the name of the franchise owner. She refused to give the name of the person that owns this store Based on the number of complaints about this manager, Deidre Whiteley, the franchise owner to take a look at her behavior. I got her name from one of the other complaints on the website. I called the store did you talk with her again. I realized that it was a foolhardy mission. Instead, I'll try to find the name of the franchise owner and make a report. Needless to say, we won't be going to this Burger King...
