Subway — Restaurant in Alafaya

Food was great!! Service: My wife and I purchased 6 inch sub meals. I had my own cup in my hand with drink in it. I carry it with me. I said as we got our cup that we only needed one cup. My wife went to sit down with our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren. I filled her cup and took it to her and set in another booth with our son. My daughter over heard the attendant who had made our sandwich tell another employee “that’s another thing you need to watch for”. I guess he meant to watch people like me stealing drinks. We ignored the statement. A bit later, as we were leaving we were topping off drinks. When I went to top mine off, I was first, the attendant came from the prep room the length of the counter and loudly announced he was going to have to charge me for the drink. He stated he had been watching me and I couldn’t fill the cup up. I tried to tell him I had paid and he argues that he had watched me and knew what I was doing. We argued and when we produced receipts. His response—I’m only human. My family spent somewhere in neighborhood of 75.00 dollars and then we’re loudly accused of stealing!! I know his name but won’t bother. Management—I think a meeting is in order—also I’m owed for a cup that I never...

Nice, peaceful, quiet and quaint. The manager (or at least I think she was) knew people coming in by; name, occupation, last visit items and seemed very genuine and interested in her guests comings and goings in their own lives affairs. Small town charm! The younger girl and the guy too were great. I got my sandwich to go because I had water in the car and a long drive back to Brandon but instead I stayed in my car and ate and watched. People that may have even entered without, definitely left w A SMILE ON THEIR FACE!!! Thanks for a wonderful experience, to the girl who made my #18, the guy who ran it through the garden for me and rang me up and thank you to the manager who definitely hired the right people for the front of the store. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I went today February 16, 2023 at 9:20 am, the employee who was there treated me with the worst attitude that someone can treat you! When I entered I said Good morning and she didn't even say anything, HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THEY ALLOW PEOPLE LIKE THIS TO WORK? IF YOU DON'T LIKE HER JOB GIVE OTHERS A CHANCE!
