Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

Placed an online order, paid and received confirmation. When arrived to pick it up, food was not ready. Showed confirmation and the actual male manager stated, " You obviously did it wrong because we don't have your order." SHOWED him the confirmation and he got an attitude and made another comment that "I" did something wrong. Are you f'ing kidding me? I show you the order and confirmation, with the pickup time and YOU have the audacity to make such a comment?!?!! Obviously I didn't do anything WRONG, otherwise I wouldn't have received confirmation of my order; and people wonder why customers become "Karen's". No apologies from male manager, only assumption. Took them almost 20 minutes to make my order. Others who came in and placed kiosk orders received their food BEFORE I got my order, so I know he was being an a-hole. Additionally, there are no phone numbers listed for the customer to call and report to the district - only an email on the receipt and then wait for someone to respond. Good luck with that. This is not the first time a situation like this has happened, but I promise you it is the last. Businesses wonder why they are doing poorly. I’m always disappointed with the service here and I’m finally leaving a review. I love breakfast at taco bell however, this location does not put enough food inside crunch wraps. The crunch wraps are always very thin, something every other location doesn’t do. The tortilla was not folded right and everything falls out. They also got angry that we had to ask a few times if there was an item available, because we couldn’t hear him through the speaker. when we got to the window, we received a Baja blast without ice. IT WAS HOT. We asked if they had any ice and they said it was broken. It would have been appreciated if they could have at least said it was broken while ordering, NOT WHEN ITS ALREADY PAID FOR. Now I have a hot drink that I will end up throwing away because I won’t be home until much later. I know it’s a minimum wage job, but please have the decency to do better. People pay a good amount of money for these tacos and it’s a waste. If you don’t have manners, there are plenty of jobs that don’t require you to provide food. This place is discusting and rude. Twice I’ve ordered a nacho supreme from them and their chips were stale and tasted like chemicals. Then the other day the most gross thing happened. I was in the drive thru with my husband and they handed us the food. I checked the bag to make sure we got the correct order cause they are always messing it up and I noticed a weird tanish/cream rubber sticking out of my cheesy potatoes so I pulled the container out the bag and IT WAS A FREAKING PIECE OF THE PERSONS GLOVE IN MY POTATOES! THEIR GLOVE!! Like whole piece of the finger of the glove was in my potatoes. Like how did the damn worker not notice his/her finger was out their damn glove. How did they not notice a piece I mean a pretty large piece of their glove was in my potatoes before they put the lid on it? Then I show it to the lady at the drive thru and she laughed took the food in the back. She then handed me a new container of potatoes and cinnamon twist for my “inconvenience”. So done...
