Subway — Restaurant in Alamosa

We ordered a Veggie Delight with all veggies except onions, and a Sub with just the roll and chicken. What did we get? Well, first I opened the chicken sub, what was on it? Nothing just the bread with nothing inside!

Took it back inside, explained the problem, no apology or anything, but got my chicken sub. Get back out to the truck, open the Veggie delight, that’s where they put the chicken! And onions, which I specifically did not want, and many of the veggies they offer were NOT there.

This is the best location in the area. I have been a customer there since 2018 when I moved to the area. It is a good place to bring kids, they correct errors made, they rarely run out of product and keep a clean environment. They handle being busy well and add value to your day with their positive attitudes and knowledgeable staff. I was in the store without a mask. A manager asked me to leave, so I left without saying a a word. I went back and asked for his name. After he gave me his name, David Torres, he asked if I was filing a complaint. I said I was and he then started YELLING at me from behind the counter. I wasn't even standing inside Subway, I was in Walmart. I honestly do not know what all he said but it was 100% embarrassing for him to harass me...
