Rent-A-Center — Local services in Alamosa

This MIGHT be long but worth the read! I have been getting items from this specific rent a center for a little over a year now we have gotten a couch recliners stereo system lots of apple products and numerous other things from them. From the moment we entered the store for our first experience it was nothing but pleasurable never once were we pressured to get anything that we couldn't afford and when we did see an item that we really wanted but didn't necessarily need they did everything they could to make it affordable and keep it in our budget! Brenda Katelan and Sam have all been absolutely amazing from the moment we met them and have continued to be amazing!!! They now have Christ and I am so sorry but another woman whose name I have not been able to remember yet (names take time) and they too have been wonderfully amazing. But Brenda Katelan and Sam have a very special place in my heart forever they have went above and beyond their hardworking and have always went out of their way not just for customer service but to see how we are in our overall well being. Even if we don't have a payment to make we still stop in just to say hello they really have become a part of our family. If you want someone to really care about what your family wants needs and do it in affordable installments this is the place for you. Oh and it does help your credit for another little...

Was almost going well, but the manager was brought over to help because they couldn't fathom the concepts "Independant Contractor" and "Business Owner", or that a door dash agent and a photographer were only accountable to themselves. The manager repeatedly shushed me while trying to drill my wife for information, after interrupting me mid sentence to let us know who she was speaking with. (Not me). Unfortunately, I'm not so easily silenced, and use my reviews for free exposure for my own work.

The sales associate however, Chris, was wonderful and tried very hard to provide customer service and answer all of our questions. He was a pleasure. Unfortunately, the manager didn't bother to 8ntroduce herself so I can't offer her name.

Turned into nothing but a huge hassle. First, the washer did not work as it should. It gets replaced days later, with the same results. I go for a week bringing in my water hose to actually fill the tub to a level that wet the 3 pair of pants, 3 shirts and 3 pairs of socks I put in it.

All to find out I was paying about 50 bucks more than I was told when I walked out the door.
