From the moment I walked up, I got a sense of ordering was an inconvenience to an older gentleman with glasses. Can’t say if he’s a nice guy or not, but wasn’t a very pleasant experience from the very first time being here, ever. Upon my interaction with this person, I greeted them with standard pleasant trees, and normal ordering. Perhaps he was in a bad mood.

The overall ordering experience was a bit odd as well. Not bad, but not great. Just felt unwelcome. I hope the owner can take this critical feedback well. Overall the place is really cool. I simply asked if they offer gluten free buns, and to my surprise they did! Their beef is top notch, disregard that one review saying they are preformed. Definitely not, I see these folks every morning on my coffee run picking up their day supply at the store. I have also come by mid afternoon when they are using this cool press machine to form the perfect patty. If you are into fish their halibut is delicious and fresh! Great prices here! Loyal costumer for life! I LOVE their online order system or calling in a order and picking up on my way home. I don’t think you can go wrong with any of their burgers but their fried Mac and Cheese is my sons favorite. My husband and I love their Mac Mamas, Good Rush, and Western. Biggest compliment I can give is they are always consistent, friendly, remember their costumers. They even once messed up on my husbands order (we noticed but didn’t mind) found him on Facebook and wanted to make it right. Of course we were fine and didn’t mind.
