Local Grounds Coffee — Restaurant in Alaska

Ordered a decaf coffee. Took first drink at the trailhead. It took 3 drinks to realize it was caffeine. I was shaking and swollen face and upset stomach for 6 hours. I dumped the drink out. I called, the # on here is wrong. I went by after work, closed. A week went by and I finally felt brave enough to try again. I go and explain, I got this drink but it was caffeine and it was awful. They said pay $7.82. I said I am not paying for the replacement, they said they can't give any free drinks. I explained that I didn't get to drink the other, I was poisoned. .. Literally. Finally the one girl says she will just make it. I say, An apology would be appreciated much more than being rude. (They were mocking and laughing about it) so they called the owner when I said that. The owner said she remembered me ordering last week and she takes the decaf seriously. So she knows she made it decaf. And what would I like them to do about it? I said I didn't even feel comfortable accepting a drink, I would like a card to come back another time. They laughed more. Then had the owner on speaker while she told her employees that I'm insane and she will be there soon. I was standing there for 20 minutes before I just walked away. After watching The Great Lumberjack Show we decided to sit, sip and enjoy the weather local grounds was a great place to do this. Ordered the Iced mocha and blended lemonade. Shared the mocha with my partner, I thought it was just me but we both agreed that it was way too sweet! Sister-in-law shared the lemonade with her hubby – they both seemed to enjoy it. The weather was absolutely beautiful, warmer than usual… So when I walked upstairs to use the restroom I was surprised they had more seating upstairs! I've had really good coffee here at the north stand before but today my latte tasted like the espresso was pulled through the same grounds multiple times. I don't know if that's what happened, it was just bad. I really don't like leaving bad reviews but I'm hoping the management can do some quality checks or something so nobody else buys a coffee like this again Mistakes and errors happen, but consistent quality is a management issue imo.
