Went through the lake Otis stand, and the two girls working were extremely rude. We had four people in the car and were trying to order 4 drinks. My husband had stated three orders before we state the third when the girl shut the window. Then we stated our final order and they had an attitude instead of a apology. Lastly we handed her punch card that had a free drink that she would not take due to punching our drinks on it. She didn’t consider even asking if we wanted to use the free one. Lastly we asked for a receipt because the sizes were incorrect and we wanted to make sure we were charged appropriately and I the girl very sarcastically said “Oh my gosh of course “. This morning, the girl with the red hair was chatting it up with the customers instead of making drinks. This behaviour proceeded even after she handed the drivers their orders.

I voiced my displeasure with being made to wait due to her chattiness. She said, “I talk to my customers to provide good customer experience,” and that “You need to learn patience.”

Being made to wait because your employee wants to have long conversations is ridiculous.

This employees is destroying your revenue. Cars were driving off due to this employees eagerness to hold long conversations and not process the orders through efficiently.

Kaitlyn and all of the other baristas working here are always lovely. Never, ever disappoint. I see some complaints on here referencing the "red head," and I would just like to say that they are ridiculous. She has always made phenomenal drinks and I don't think I have met a sweeter person in my life. I cannot believe anyone would ever go through the efforts to go on here and complain about her. Simply pitiful. She is lovely and this is my go-to coffee hut for good reason! Thank you for being the best...
