Never eat at Los Arcos if you don't like going to restaurants with mediocre food and horrible service. My boyfriend and I were lured there by a coupon we found on a receipt. Even with the $10 off, our dinner wasn't worth the price. Some annoyances included: we never got our silverware until after the food came, we had to ask for more water repeatedly, the food tasted like plastic, the server ignored us in favor of a larger group, the server brought us spinach dip even though we had no chips (were we supposed to spoon it up like soup? oh wait, we didn't have silverware!), nobody ever asked us how our food was (unsatisfying), and we waited 10 minutes after finishing and then had to ask for the ticket. Plus, the menu is a modified Gallos menu, only the people are far more jovial at Gallos, and the cooks have skill. Not to mention, On the lunch menu, two chicken enchiladas is $9.75, but one is $8.75 (robbery) and then one a la carte is in the $6 range. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Go to Los Arcos and you will be treated as if you are insignificant and eat unimpressive food. If I could give them no...
Read moreThis restaurant is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. We had a male server that was serving us. We ordered our food. The server didn't bring us our food. Not all of us got our food. While we where eating 30 minutes in eating we still had not seen our server he didn't even check on us to see how we where doing or if all of us got our food. I had to get another waitress to get us the rest of our food. Forty five minutes later our server decides to show up. Seemed my he didn't even care to want to help us out. He spent more time hanging out with a male customer rather taking care or the customers at the table he was working. The other customers were complaining. Where is our server to help with our food. The food was cold and disgusting. I will never eat at this restaurant ever again or recommend anybody else. This was the worst experience. The manager needs to fire that coworker for not taking care of the customers and doing a good job. This was around 5pm today....
Read moreLos Arcos is a great Mexican restaurant. We stopped in while visiting Alaska from Fl. Anchorage sure has ran down but Los Arcos is still great. We meet some really dear friend s there for drinks and food. We were definitely pleasantly pleased with everything. The drinks were great even the house mag had a good amount of tequila in it. The food was fantastic tasting. After eating we played a game called Cover your Assets, if you haven’t played this game you need to. This is a thing we do with these friends of ours each time we visit. I asked the manager and he was cool with it, they had several tables available so no problem he said. The main point is enjoy your friends and have great food and drinks....
