Missing Moose Cafe — Restaurant in Alaska

I have stopped at this Cafe for the last 10 or more years they make one of the best carrot cake muffins I've had and I have told hundreds of people and I almost always stop and my customers look forward to trying one I know it is the Christmas holiday season and people who are in the business of serving people know that more is expected of US during the holidays I haven't had a day off in weeks and I'm literally on call 24 hours a day well the last three times I've gone to chena Hot Springs I've stopped and there was no carrot cake. Now this isn't the girl I'm used to seeing and there just isn't the sparkle in her eyes like most of the people who have worked here I've let them know each time how disappointed I was and yesterday I made the effort of contacting them to let them know I had several trips planned and that many of my customers would be wanting the carrot cake. Well today I'm here and there is no carrot cake and I heard the same song that I heard the last two times I've been busy. Play all my answer to that is work a couple of extra hours read you a book while they are cooking and take care of your customers her inventory is low on everything they make if she doesn't want to be there she needs to find a different job and if she doesn't want to take care of her customers request she needs to find another job I hope I can write another review in a few weeks and give the glowing review I gave them the past they have been awesome...

Honestly, I had one of the better Cubano sandwiches that I’ve had in the FNSB. Some would disqualify it because it was on crusty white sandwich bread than a proper sandwich roll, but the meat, the Swiss, the owner’s “mojo sauce” and mustard made for an exquisite sandwich. We came for the Yukon Quest watch, and the place was packed—but it had the small town Alaskan vibe and quirky but subtle decor that was augmented by the family run establishment. Very friendly barista. Wish we could have eaten some of the amazing sounding foods but we were just in for coffee. Mine was great. My partner said his was excellent. Def a cool vibe and fun atmosphere. Love the logo....
