Summit Coffee is an absolute gem, and it's easily my favorite coffee stand around! What truly sets them apart is their incredible attention to detail and commitment to offering unique options. As someone with a peanut allergy, finding safe and delicious alternatives can be a real challenge, but Summit Coffee nails it with their Wired Monkey drink. The fact that it features sun butter instead of peanut butter is a game-changer for me – it's such a thoughtful and inclusive touch that's surprisingly uncommon elsewhere. Not only is it safe, but it's also incredibly delicious and packs the perfect punch to start my day. I normally don't mind the long wait for good coffee but lately the coffee was not been up to parr. Went there yesterday morning, waited 30mins just to have both of ours drinks remade. The kicker was ordered with cream and whip cream, but was made without and the white mocha was half full of foam. I asked for it to be remade and tasted like a burned latte, ended up not drinking. This isn't the first time in the past couple weeks either.

Gave another try today, 8/23. The non fat white mocha had a 1.5inch of foam on it. The lady said she would fix it, I think she just scooped the foam out and poured milk in it. Gave it a taste and it's a latte. She then remade it, and it tasted like a burned latte. I have gave multiple chances, think I'll just have to stick to a different...

The line was long but it always is; went by in about 20 minutes so the wait was a bit long but totally worth it as always! A lot of the time lately Ive seen people there pay it forward; so today on my birthday i got my cottontail lotus for free, which I've been trying to purchase all month because with every cottontail lotus they are donating to Animal control, and matching the donation total at the end of the month!! So when i got mine for free i had to pay it forward to the next person too. I have got to say I havent felt such a sense of community at a coffee...
