Backwoods Coffee — Restaurant in Fairbanks

This coffee hut is phenomenal. We had a car full of hangry adults, some w very particular food cravings. We took too long to order, had lots of questions, and were a bit cranky, yet the people working this coffee shop were warm, friendly, so patient, and happy to help! Our food pleasantly surprised us in portion size, temperature, price, and taste! The coffee was not too sweet. It was the perfect temperature and taste. I was so pleased with Backwoods Coffee that I asked if they had a website and any stickers, shirts, or hats w their logo. They were out at the moment. We are not from Alaska, so I have only had the pleasure of being a patron of Backwoods Coffee once, but we are going back in February, and I cannot wait to have more coffee and another delicious breakfast burrito/wrap!! I’m from out of town and just pulled into this place on my way to another destination. I don’t usually like eggs from coffee shops - but I was hungry and didn’t know when I’d be stopping again, so I ordered the egg and cheese burrito.
