Ah, a new coffee place. Lets check online and see what the prices are and see if it's worth trying them out... oh. No prices. Well, that's okay, we'll just go there and look at the menu.
Oh.. to look at the menu, you need to scan a QR code. But that just opens the website.. and the big "Download menu" button doesn't do anything. So to find out the prices, I have to roll up to one of the several people standing outside the window and ask, which means waiting through the queue... before I even know how much the coffee costs.
I live in Albany GA. I'm poor af. I have to budget my treats, like coffee. I need to know how much they are before I am ordering them. Preferably at home. At the very least, I want to know the prices as soon as I pull into the queue.
Also, having to scan a QR code to find the menu (which, again, also didn't have prices) is just awful. I'm already (supposedly) paying you for coffee, I don't want you selling my info too.
Ended up going to Raceway next door. Their coffee ain't great, but at least I know...
Read moreMy wife likes 7 Brew. We saw this passing though on the way home from a trip. She didn't complain about the food, so i guess it was good. But the service is weird. It did take some time to get our 1 coffee. As the line to left breezed by we were stuck behind someone whose order was delayed I guess. In stead of just giving us ours and letting us go we had to wait until this person's problem was resolved. That is forgivable. This tipping obligation is out of control though. To me, when a business allows their employees to solicit tips in the drive thru is infuriating to me. And it makes my visit awkward when I have to politely decline a tip when simultaneously thinking to myself "what in the heck did you do that would even suggest that your service was so exemplary that is warranted a tip." Shouldn't I expect good, accurate, prompt and friendly service? If you don't think so, owner, I do. Not only does it reflect poorly on the employee but it reflects on the business too that you allow your employees to pan-handle...
Read moreI'm so glad we got a 7brew. I was so excited to try them because they're megaviral on Tiktok for their beautiful, HUGE, iced drinks. After trying them for the first time, I've been hooked. I get their German Chocolate with extra coconut and caramel drizzle like 3+ times a week. Their large is 1.5x's bigger than other coffee shops, at least. They bring insane value, amazing quality, and such good vibes every time I come through. 7brew has so quickly earned my, a "forever barista" myself, lifelong loyalty. I love them so much, I can't say enough good things. I'll come hold that roof up myself if...
