Did take out of a large Linguisa, pepperoni and tomato pizza at the South Albany location.
My wife commented that the pizza tasted off... That's when she realized the Linguisa looked bad... it wasn't noticed initially because all of the Linguisa was underneath the tomatoes. It was BROWN; not the normal color of Linguisa. It was definitely not overcooked.
I seriously hope my wife and son don't get sick. She had eaten a slice already...my son had as well.
I'm disappointed that they used meat that obviously had gone bad. That's pretty serious:
First, it is a food safety issue. The Linguisa was obviously rotten. People get sick, and in some cases, it could KILL.
Second, it's a quality issue. The Linguisa didn't look right. That's because it wasn't! Nobody noticed it? Nobody knows what rotten meat looks like? Nobody cared?
Regardless of the reason, it tells me there is an issue with the business, whether it is laziness, training, adherence to guidelines concerning perishable product...it covers everyone in that business... Right up to and including the management itself.
They need to make some changes somewhere before somebody ends up...
Read moreI just went to a graduation party at ciddicis in Albany and experienced the worst customer service ever. There was a lot of pizzas ordered and the waiter was getting confused. They placed 3 pizzas down on our tables that werent what we order. Keep in mind that there was probably 20 people at the party so everyone was ordering different pizzas and sharing. The owner came in and accused us of just trying to get free pizzas because some of the people at the party ate some of the pizzas unknowing they weren’t pizzas we ordered. The owner forcefully took the pizza, yelled at us and threw it in the garbage they also took a pizza back that they had already placed on the table that someone could of possibly touched and served it to another party. I have never seen worse customer service especially an OWNER act in such a disgusting way. I feel bad for all the employees as I know if he treats his customers that way that he probably treats them like that as well. I never complain or post about anything like this but I have NEVER experienced anything like this. I will no longer be giving them my business and I hope everyone else will...
Read moreI was so embarrassed, I ordered pizzas for the paving contractor I was working for on this day. Gave directions for driver and they repeated them back to me. Was supposed to be 30 to 40 min, After 50 min I had to go get another load when I came back to job still no pizzas. I called and they said was delivered. I told them it wasn't come to find out the driver said he couldn't find us and dropped it off up front . So I went up front and pizzas were sitting on floor ( still in the pizza boxes) hardly any jo jo left ( someone was eating them) and food was cold. Had paided already over the phone with a card or I would of never paid . Plus did a 10 tip for driver. Best they could do when I called was next order 25 % off. Not happy at all and felt bad all crew and drivers had cold pizzas and had to wait over hour till I got back. Customer service is definitely not like...
