Horrifying Experience Domino’s Should Be Ashamed

This was hands down the most disgusting and infuriating experience I’ve ever had with a pizza place. The people working at this Domino’s clearly don’t care about the job, the food, or the customers. There’s ZERO pride, ZERO professionalism, and frankly, ZERO competence.

I called to report an issue and they HUNG UP on me. Not once MULTIPLE TIMES. No apology, no explanation, just pure rudeness like they couldn’t care less. I’ve had better service from a broken vending machine.

But the worst part? I found a freaking STRING baked INTO my pizza. Not a hair, not a mistake on toppings a piece of literal STRING. What the hell is going on in that kitchen? Are they using shoelaces as cheese now? That’s not just gross, it’s hazardous. Someone could choke on that!

I wouldn’t feed this trash to a stray dog. Domino’s — if you’re reading this, shut this location down or clean house. Because right now, you’re serving garbage with a side of negligence....

My go to pizza place here in Albany for the last six years. Always order to pick up as delivery is slow (see update below) - but food is always consistent / good quality and window service is always friendly too. I prefer the sauce and crust here over the other big chains. Edit, 8/12/23, finally tried the tots (philly cheesesteak). They were fine. The ingredients were low on flavor (but not bad) though I guess when you take out the tomato sauce and replace the garlicy, buttery, pizza crust with plain tots it's to be expected. Still, I'd order them again at some point and see if another combo is better or worse. Placed an order for delivery recently (rare for me, but - circumstances) and it took over an hour to arrive after leaving the oven. Order 2 pizzas for my wife to pu on her way home from BR and she's pulls up in drive thru and pays then they ask her to pull up, then they forget about her for 15 minutes while the pizza is just sitting there. So when she got home almost an hour later with the pizzas I opened them and they're cold and 1 is wrong. So we called them to make it right and they had an attitude and didn't wanna give a discount or anything, just said he'll give us a free drink. Not to mention it's 20 minutes from our house and when she went back to get the right pizza, they have her an attitude again and didn't even apologize or give her the free drink for the huge inconvenience. So for now on we're gonna continue using dominoes in ponchatoula like we usually do cause we NEVER had any problems with them....the 1 in...
