Krystal — Restaurant in Albany

Super psychotic manager, Tamika, started yelling at my spouse through the drive through, all because SHE messed up and gave us 2 bites of chili cheese tots!!! She couldn't make our sliders correctly, but begrudgingly had them remade. She went nuttier than a fruitcake on us when my husband addressed the fact she made our chil cheese tots terribly! She slammed the window in our faces before we could ask to remake the 12 sliders that were made wrong the first time. My husband went back through the drive through since the manager lied about personally coming out to our vehicle to deliver the sliders to us. It took them 15 minutes to remake 12 sliders, and they screwed us on the chili cheese tots! If you like Krystal, then don't go to this location. Great service. I wasn’t pleased with the burgers. There’s no flavor. My wife compared to White Castle. Similarities in size , that was it . Little too much bread for me . I’d ordered wings as well. However I didn’t make it plain that I wanted regular wings , not hot wings , which I wasn’t asked upon placing my order. Which I forced myself to eat half the order. Not a good experience for me . I think the facility could use a facelift ( more up keep) would help with appearance.

P. S. I did receive a reply from management seeking to attempt resolve my issue. However I don’t have Facebook or a Twitter account to further communicate with management which they asked me to do through social networks media . I guess I'm partially to blame here being that it's midnight and I'm looking for good service and food at this hour but with that being said I'm hungry and I want something to eat and it's a Krystal a mile down the road, wrong choice on my end customer service wasn't bad at all but if I'm coming to your establishment to spend money especially late hours could you at least make sure I get what I ordered. Once again I have to take blame because I didn't check my order before I drove off only to get way home and realize my apple pie not even in the bag and I clearly picked it for one of my options from the pick 6 please Krystal workers make sure the customer get all they pay for that...
