Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Albany

My family goes here very often, but that's going to stop as long as the new female manager is there!! She is the most RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL person I've ever had to deal with!! I thought maybe it was just the way she is on the phone. But NOPE! Not only did she hang up on me but she made rude comments because I was discussing toppings with my wife!! "I can't hear you over the woman in the background!" She snapped at me!! Then when I came in to pick up it order, she dropped the boxes on the counter, gave me a dirty look and said "thanks bye" in a disrespectful tone as she turned her back to me!! I asked for a manager and she turned around and snapped "I'm the manager, can I help you?!" I asked what her name was and she said Abby or Abigail? All I know is they've lost my business until...

We ordered breadsticks that looked soggy and barely had any seasoning on them. Then we ordered 4 extra cheese sauces in addition to the marinara sauce. We paid for these cheese sauces and We did not receive the marinara sauces that should have come free with the breadsticks. The pizza was not cut all the way through. We had to recut it with a pizza cutter at home. Lastly, we ordered cinnabon cinnamon rolls which are advertised as coming with icing on them per the app, and we ordered 1 extra icing.
