Bad customer service. The people in front of us order wrong. The lady in front of us brought it to the workers attention the employee was rude to the lady ahead of us. Then my daughters order was wrong when I attempted to bring this to the employees attention that my daughters order was wrong I was totally ignored. Next I knocked on the window still ignored! Finally the employee came to the windows and said I was being rude for knocking! I'm sorry but what's rude is ignoring your customers! Then the owner came to the windows and said they were very busy. There was 7 customers and a car In the drive-thru how is that busy? They were busy because they kept getting orders wrong and had to keep making things over! I would have been more compassionate if the employee wasn't so inconsiderate! It was also terrible customer service when the owner came to the window and attacked me by saying i was wrong for saying anything! I guess now that Rex doesn't own it the workers and the owner gives you whatever they want even though you ordered something else because they take offense if you try to get what you payed for! Then when we finally got our order which was shaved ice it barely had ant syrup we payed almost $22 for cups of plain ice. I guess that was them letting us know not to say anything if we're going to order from them because maybe next time we may get something off...
Read moreHad an absolutely awful experience they messed up 2/3 things we had on the order told the girl who picked it up that it was correct after she tried saying twice that it wasn’t correct. We called the store afterward to complain and the lady on the phone argued with us and blatantly lied saying that we said it was all correct and when I went back to get the corrected food I was ignored in the pouring rain by the window for 20-30 seconds with every employee in the building making eye contact with me and when they did finally open the window the girl behind the counter was very rude to me and slammed the window in my face twice in the middle of me talking and being as polite as I could only to then slam the new order in front of me and it still be wrong. I’m never wasting money there again I’d rather get McDonald’s ice cream at least then when they mess it up it will be fixed in a appropriate manner. I don’t know if the girl was having a bad day but frankly I don’t care that is NO way to ever treat a customer let alone one who’s being nice. I work in customer service and the lady that took our order was extremely rude to us. When we 1st started to order she said we had to “yell” at her because she couldn’t hear us…really?! OH OK….then when she was typing in our order she did a “ à la carte” for everything we order when we kept on telling her we want “kids combo meals” so when she give us our total it was 3x’s higher bill. She slammed the window shut before we had the chance to ask for a receipt. When we finally got the receipt we saw that she charged us for food that wasn’t in a combo but we didn’t know all that because the lady never told us that it doesn’t come with the meal. Soooo confusing and very rude employees that don’t know what they are doing, just random charging people for food and not telling them…I guess!!!!!
