Milton’s Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Albany

Waitress was very nice. Husband's eggs were cooked perfectly. Daughter really liked her French toast. I ordered a veggie omelette without mushrooms and my husband ordered a mushroom omelette. Were told they were out of mushrooms so husband got bacon and eggs instead. I sent back my fried potatoes bc they were frankly gross. Gravy was bland. I got a box for my omelette after a couple bites so I could doctor it up at home... Got home and there were ONLY mushrooms and onions in it with a couple slivers of green pepper. 🤣🤣🤣 interesting morning. Why wouldn't they make my guy a mushroom omelette? If I could give a 0 I would. Went there at 10:02 am on 11 25 2023, only 9 guests in the restaurant. Seated ourselves, got water and coffee then waitress never came back to take our order. After watching her stare at the register for 7 minutes and then go wait on a new couple who cane in we left. That was a hole 27 minutes of waiting for no service and I had to be to work in 10 minutes. Now I'm hungry and no way to eat today as I wasted my time for just water as I get no break at work today!!!!! Not amused with Milton's. Used to be good service,...

Miltons Family Resturant in Albany, IN may be a new favorite of mine. The food was good by my standards and by the girls standards ive never seen them both eat a full pancake. (They are made special and I was told their ingrediants super cool.) But the aside from the good food and fantastic staff who made me and the girls feel like family as soon as I went in. My absolute favorite part is the vibe. Its a small quiet little diner filled with kind folk and ive very seldom been at peace while eating at a place.
