Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Albany

Had a few minutes to run out for lunch a few days ago, line at chickfila was wrapped around the building a time or two, so ran down the road to zaxbys instead. I don't really mind zaxbys food, but they use the Coke freestyle, which makes all the drinks taste disgusting: including the water, they're slow and my order is wrong 95% of the time I go here. This time was no exception. I ordered for 2 other coworkers back at the office, so I ordered the extra sauces they wanted with their orders. I received zero of the sauces. Now $0.25 per sauce is not THAT ridiculous, but if you're going to be ridiculous and make me pay for it(when no similar fast food restaurant does) when I just paid $8 for your mediocre, dry-behind-sauce-needing-fried chicken, I expect to get it. My meal was a grilled sandwich, I don't do mayonnaise at all....no mayo at zaxbys apparently equals a sandwich overwhelmed with mayonnaise...oozing out of the sides and sogging up everything else in the box. I told the cashier thank you 3 different times: when paying, receiving the receipt and receiving the bags of food and drinks....I didn't get so much as a grunt in return. Because I only had a few minutes to run out and grab lunch for everyone, I didn't have time to check it at the register...but you know what, why should you have to check it? You paid for it, and waited, the very LEAST they can do is get your order correct. They should be the ones checking to make sure their product is correct. I'll just wait in chickfilas line next time and actually...

Very disappointed with the customer service I received Saturday at this Zaxby's location. I asked the two lady's names that were working the window and pretty sure she made them up but in case she didn't the two names were Brooklyn and Jasmine. I ordered my food and got up to the windown to pay and she snatched the money out of my hand, I had two separate orders and one was missing a drink so I sat there unil one of them came back and when I explained to her I was missing a drink she rolled her eyes and looked at her coworker who then told me it wasnt their problem i must have forgotten to order it, then they both just laughed and stared at me. If you forgot to put it in thats one thing, but how hard is it to just ring up a drink real quick? Oh and also it's super unprofessional to throw my food at me instead of handing it to me. I eat there very often and ive never once had an issue with the food or the employee's. They've always been awesome. But as far as I'm concerned those two need...

"Skip the wait! Order ahead." NOT TRUE...plan on waiting 15 minutes. Very annoying watching all the cars in the drive-thru get their food quickly. Make sure you check your order before you leave the parking lot. Open the boxes! We learned that the hard way. The name on the receipt was correct and there was the right number of boxes so I ASSUMED the order was correct. Get home, open the boxes and there was nothing in them that we ordered. I called....they said your order is sitting here....go back....exchange the orders....check the boxes before leaving this time...food was cold by the time we got it home and did not even get an apology. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Maybe the corporate office needs to come and check...
