Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Albemarle

My order was marked complete yet was told 10-15 minutes left when I arrived. Only ordered 1 large pizza, $25. Paid for extra on 2 different types of cheese, got next to no cheese. See attached photos of what to expect at 8pm from the weekend shift... thank you for the whopping 4-5 pieces of cheese on this particular slice. (See photos).

Upon confronting them regarding the pizza and returning it there was no apology or care, however they did remake the pizza. The remade pizza was evenly formed and cut, had at least enough cheese to cover the crust... and wasn't deflated cardboard. This just goes to show how little care was put into my order initially and is a major waste of both parties time, not to mention wasted money. PUT AN EFFORT IN THE FIRST TIME SO YOU...

I ordered hot wings received plain wings also ordered 2 stuffed cheesy bread and received bread with cheese on top no cheese in the middle just dough that was not cooked I also ordered philly steak and cheese sandwich and received a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and I called them to let them know about my order being messed up and they played if though they couldn't hear or understand what I was saying and they hung up I tried calling back the line kept being busy this place needs to have better management and employees and the health inspector may need to come in as well I'm thinking they have drug addicts working there or they are just mentally challenged it's one or the other I give this store a F minus and needs to be evaluated asap poor...

So far so good! I actually was able to use the App and Website. And it actually told me that they already started working on making our Order. This is the 1st time I have tried Domino's .. LET'S SEE HOW THEY DO? I WILL GIVE YOU AN UPDATE SHORTLY! IM HARD TO IMPRESS BUT SO FAR THEY HAVE MY FULL ATTENTION! IF EVERYTHING TURNS OUT GREAT I EILL BE SURPRISED... HMMM... I LOVE DOING REVEIWS!!! IVE GOT 35 YEARS MYSELF IN RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE. I'M REALLY RUTTING FOR THEM... I WILL CONTINUE AFTER THE DELIVERY OF OUR ORDER AND BEST OF ALL THE TASTE TEST AND I REALLY HOPE THEY REMEMBER EVERYTHING... COME BACK TOMORROW.. AND I LOVE A DELIVERY DRIVER WITH WITS AND GREAT ATTITUDES.... LET'S GO...
