This place USED to be amazing. Sadly it lacks a lot down. It had so much potential with Lucky Tusk but now as I see it, no one really cares anymore. Not the cooks or the wait staff. I don't write bad reviews for everyone, I hardly write reviews. I only write reviews for when a restaurant/place really disappoints me. It was so much better years ago. Not anymore. I know the owners, probably everyone does but its sad to see this happen. I've gotten sushi that crumbled when I pick them up. I recieve food that is unappetizing. I seen the new cooks and how they just hurry to get things done instead of doing things correctly. I seen how cooks and wait staff use excuses to make a person wait for their order for over 40 mins. I understand its not fast food but i was a cook, full house and I worked as a team and got orders out on time. No excuses. If there was a delay I would explain then actual situation. I was a wait staff for 2 years. Sad to say I can't expect much from this anymore. Even the owners would care to respond to reviews. Feedback doesn't bother them as long as that green paper...

“DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING HIBACHI/TERIYAKI” I ordered the Teriyaki/hibachi chicken and it was “Terrible!” Fried rice was more like a bowl of greasy/oily brown rice with 3 small peas/carrots and no eggs in it! Vegetables were cut in different shape and sizes and I had a carrot shape of an egg that was still raw in the middle… not just that, the vegetables/sauce is so greasy that you can literally use a single piece of carrot to last you a supply of vegetable oil for a week, lastly, “YOU CANNOT TASTE ANYTHING” except for greasy/oil soy sauce while the food is in your mouth and all the weird textures and grease in your mouth does not go well in your mouth! To be real with ya, ya Think I’m lying, I let my neighbor (I live 2 min away from stanly community college) that are Asians tried both dishes and they even told me it’s greasy and nasty and ended up throwing everything away! I would not order anything related to the teriyaki/hibachi list and stick with sushi related stuff for better tasting and flavor! Will stick with my sushi next time and the rest...

Food always hit... today decided to sit in and eat. The server walked past an open booth up-front and tried to sit us in the back at a regular table with chairs... we told her no thank you and took the booth. We ordered another... a yt couple walks in and she rushes to clean the booth behind us a couple JUST walked out the door from and never even thought to sit them at the table like she tried to do us... weird. &then their food was made before ours... that was also weird since we were 20 mins before them and we ordered very similar options. When ready to leave we asked for boxes and the check. She walks away and returns 10 mins later and again we ask for togo boxes and the check. She goes to the back and after 5 mins i just ask the man at the front for it. She's talkin to someone with them in her hands.. and she's tells him "I got it" and proceeds talkin... I'm aggravated partially atp and say well can you give it to me and she then hangs it to the man like "ugh". It just gave, "we dont really need...
