El Sol King Pollo — Restaurant in Albertville

The waitress took our order then sent another lady back to take our order again because she had it all wrong. The lady that came to take our order the second time was rude and kept interrupting us when we tried to tell her what we ordered. We waited a good hour for our food the waitress we had no longer waited our table didn't hear anything from anybody after we ordered. We could hear the boss in the kitchen cursing at her employess in Spanish while we waited that hour. Then finally a different waitress came up and asked if we needed anything. The service was horrible most of the staff was rude. The food was alright but the rest of the experience was so horrible I just wanted to leave I took a few bites then got a to go plate. We gave a tip to the only waitress that was doing her job and tending to us when no on else acknowledged us (which wasn't the original girl that took our order she never came back to our table) and we saw the owner make her give the tip to her. I placed an order over the phone and I looked online before for a menu couldn’t find one of the full menu. I asked for a bowl with steak chicken steak and rice. I told him I didn’t want any vegetables just what I listed. I go pick it up go back to work and I open it there’s sour cream and refried beans no big deal I picked it off. The cheese dip was horrible didn’t even taste like cheese dip didn’t have the best smell the meat didn’t even looked cooked. I only ran in because I was in a hurry and hadn't eaten all day. I was shopping and knew that I needed something. I was led to the back to place my order and told I couldn't order child size, even though I have my gastric bypass card always. They finally took it after giving me some hassle. I ordered the Chicken Nachos, they were very dry for nachos. I don't know if maybe it was because of the whole gastric bypass thing or maybe an off day with the cheese sauce.
