Foods fine, staff is usually great. "Aleza" if that really was her name, just straight up lied to me and said they didn't serve burgers for breakfast as a way to make up for whoever's mistake it was that I ended up with the wrong order. I've been to this location dozens of times and ordered a Whopper bright and early, including earlier this week, and when I came back to correct it she said they never have and was hesitant to do anything for me.
Then when she did refund me partially, it was after minutes of arguing about what I ordered, and refused to give me any receipt, be it the one from the original order or the refund receipt. Side note, when you charge a card, any refund needs to go to the card and not reverted to a cash refund. This is actually an illegal action taken by Burger King in their return policy, as these types of transactions lead to fraud.
I would have gladly taken the refund and left if that's what she had done immediately, hell if she said they just aren't doing breakfast burgers THIS morning, I would have been annoyed and walked away, it truly is not a big deal.
But what is? She straight up lied to me and tried to gaslight me into believing they never have, and that's what really pissed me off. We're talking the fast food industry, I had to drive 5 miles round trip because of the mistake, no matter who made it, I just wanted the food that I had intended to order and that really is not a big deal when we're talking about a company this gigantic.
Truly Aleeza, I hope you read this last part; I am sorry I got a little more upset than I should have, but I also just have been treated so well in the times something does go wrong with something as simple as a food order, that it was a true shock to my core that you refused to actually help your customer, regardless of who actually made the mistake. Whether I ordered wrong, or you put the order in incorrectly, hell even if it was intentional just like I suggested when I was upset at the location, the best course of action was to actually correct the issue. Also, I could have opened the app and ordered one of 7 different burgers, be grateful I only wanted the one that was on the menu behind you while you told me that you don't do burgers in the morning.
It truly felt like your goal was to ruin my morning and with that, you have my congratulations, you truly made me waste about 30 minutes of my time between writing this and cooking instead of paying your company.

Just had an experience today where I ordered my food at 11:30 on the BK app. And then showed up around 12:15, when it told me it would be ready. When I arrived, there was another customer in front of me asking for a refund because their food was not ready on time. When it was my turn, the gentleman (who I believe was the manager) asked me how he could help, and I told him I was there to pick up my order that I had placed online. He had asked another employee if my food was ready. Then they replied that it would be out soon. Waited 20 minutes, and I still did not see any food. While I was waiting , i noticed there was a female employee who was making the food who had sneezed and coughed on her hands. The gross part was that she had continued to wear the gloves that she had sneezed on, making other people's food with the contaminated gloves. I ended up leaving and never received my food. This Burger King, it is completely understaffed, disgusting, and lacks leadership. Don't bother using the app as they won't make your food before you get there. I will not be eating at this location anymore. Which is a shame because it is so close to my work. But after this last experience, I will no longer be eating there and don't even get me started. The employees did not pay attention to the order being placed & they didn't know what went on the burgers. It seemed as if they were not trained! There was plenty of parking space & there was no wait to place your order. I didn't have a lot of interaction with the employees but the one guy seemed to look clean. The only things he said was how much i owed & here are your bags! I ordered 2 whopper combos. The whoppers were packed with tons of mayonnaise & they were missing other condiments like catsup & tomatoes! I thought the food would have been up to par because of the location but i guess the owners & management just don't care! I've been coming to this Burger King for 7 years off & on hoping the quality of the food gets better like i said before if not for anything else the location! There's a lot of people that come through here that eat better food than Burger King!
