The place was immaculate, the atmosphere was great awesome music servers exemplary and on point , pizza awesome being from east coast that is a huge compliment. The seafood platter which was 23, I ordered with gnocchi instead of linguini, is not on the menu as a sub . I paid full price for each individual although I ate no linguini. They do not substitute was, it was bountiful not stingy at all These people don't skimp. But being that we are in the desert well i expected seafood was not going to be palatable you can eat it , , but the seafood was over cooked rubbery for the most part but what could have fixed it was the white sauce, but fore not the white sauce was watery salty was not made with wine or any real garlic.. i hate to knock down a restaurant that is otherwise perfect but don't order white sauce. I do recommend them . For the reasons previously mentioned and I will eat there again just not seafood white sauce or gnocchi which was more flour than potato hence it looked olike it came out a box. . So if If i want soup that didn't comer from grandma i open up a can of progresso. Please focus on the good and not the bad give this restaurant a chance.

Excellent as always! We typically get our favorites, Chicken Alfredo & Chicken Marsala, but decided to order something different today and so glad we did! My daughter wanted a small, pepperoni pizza and it came loaded with pepperoni, a perfect, thin crispy crust with just the right amount of char & Luigi's signature sauce. I ordered the Green Chile Chicken Lasagna and was blown away! The lasagna was layered with tender chicken, ricotta, mozzarella, herbs & just the right amount of Hatch Green Chile to give it a special kick. The alfredo/red sauce that was lavishly spread all over along with another layer of mozzarella on top, came bubbling & piping hot from the oven. This dish was so delicious and the creamy sauce is just divine! Luigi and Momma Tina never fail to make authentic, homemade Italian dishes. Our waitress was sweet, pleasant & attentive and the Frank Sinatra music is always a personal favorite. I couldn't resist topping off another wonderful meal by taking home a big slice of Momma Tina's homemade Pistachio Cheesecake, that I'm getting ready to indulge in right now!

I was hesitant at first, because I noticed how hard it was to cut through the chiken with a knife....I decided to eat a piece and give LUIGI'S a chance. I regretted it immediately.... I didn't expect to get sick right away and have my family rush me back to our air b&b so I could vomit. Didn't want to make a scene their, so avoid the chicken parm. I can't speak for others, but my experience here made my first day EVER in New Mexico not so pleasant. "EAT WELL LIVE LONG"? I dont think anyone could live long eating uncooked food..... Ps: They took back the plate and did not charge me, but it was to late for my stomach.

Just arrived to New Mexico and was excited to eat some food here at Luigi's restaurant. They have a wonderful services. The waitress was very sweet and got our orders fine. It's just the food was not even cooked. I never had to send a plate back to the chef, but there's a first for everything. I ordered the chicken parm and what I got was a frozen chiken. Gets pasta from Walmart Great value brand, lasagna is fresh.

Doesn't date salad dressings (will just pour more dressing over the old dressing to "top" it off so it's not empty) so disgusting! So unprofessional, doesn't cover raw chicken in the walk in, the pasta is already cooked, stored in a clear storage bin (of course in its own refrigerator) that is uncovered, then pasta is pulled out to boil for about 2 minutes when a guest orders it. They of course weigh it to make sure it's a proper amount 😶 Horrible, claims everything is "FRESH" Only thing fresh are the toppings on the pizza and the lettuce for the salad.

Manager loves to drink on the job! Will ring a BELL to let the servers know he wants his wine to be poured. Will sometimes have an additional shot of some clear alcohol. Never cared to pay attention because what! I wish I was joking, this place is horrible.

Everything is frozen, even the desserts The cake is boxed cake mix from pilsbury! Wish I was joking.

Will hold paychecks, Will just leave you in the dark after you get diagnosed with a medical condition (I received a parasite from eating the food), then cleared to work, then get told to retrieve your legal alcohol license, you then do so just for the owner to block your number after me trying to contact him numerous times to know when I may attend work again, for no reason! Was there for almost a complete year, dedicated, created great conversations, relationships with customers that I still have to this day, and tell them to no longer dine here because they were always constantly getting sick, mentioning it to me, they never knew it was the food at this restaurant. I've saved lives I feel, this place is horrible. The employees don't ever wash their hands frequently, everything is being touched with bare, unclean hands. There's MOLD, in the refrigerator walk in. Starting at the very bottom growing its way up the shelf.

0/10 place to eat, work for, even spend your money on!

Is that why I have two jobs right after you decided to be immature and not let me work with no reason 😜 Your karma will be your business slowly falling down. You'll be in prayers for a heart of flesh, not of stone!

Overall, You're a BUM Horrible manager, you don't know how to respect employees, or anyone! I've worked a fair amount of jobs, out of them This is the place that I will get to tell others about my job from "hell" Everyone has had their job from "hell" this is mine. I had never been treated with such disrespect! I have always been a shift lead, or manager on floor at my past jobs, I know how to work, how to care for guests, how to manage guests. You are really just an idiot who is to far in his path of being even more of an idiot, that why it's to much for you to comprehend the truth 😎

Who says as a manager "I'm bringing sexy back" in a review towards a guest that had such a horrible experience at your establishment. So childish and disgusting, says so much about who you are still! Proving every negative review on here...

Hmmmm, Where do I start?? Oh, how about right here.. The owner is a douche bag! Thee only reason I'm giving two stars is because I'm an honest man and won't give a 1 star out of bitterness! I rate accordingly.. I've overheard the way he speaks to his employees, like trash! He doesn't respect his customers and is very unprofessional when it comes to reviews that don't favor in his opinion. He is a hypocrite and a coward! I know because I use to work for him over a decade ago. He has thee audacity to refer to somebody as bitter yet for every one-star review he gets you'll see him throw a fit like a grown man child! Observe the reviews if you don't believe me. I've aged well, where's he's only become more and more of a bitter old man!.. Even if you disagree with a customer's review, the professional thing to do as an owner would be to act in a polite and respectful manner, apologize and try your best to assess the situation in an appropriate direction. He clearly doesn't have the balls to terminate someone to their face so he does it via phone call, after playing the friend card before they leave..

🍕: Food is mediocre at best. 🗑️: Service is awful. 🇮🇹: Atmosphere is fine when Luigi's not present.

Overall: By far the worst review I've ever left. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.. (It appears judging by the reviews that many customers are getting foodborne illnesses from here and actively noticing the source of his products to be from a grocery stores frozen food section.)

Luigi seriously man, you need to grow up! Considering your age I would expect you to be much more mature. How your establishment has maintained to stay above water I'll never know..

I have never had such an unprofessional,bizarre and horrible experience at a restaurant. I boasted to my girlfriend about how great this mom and pop place is and finally decided to bring her. First I had to call 5 minutes after opening to see if they were open. No lights on, no open sign on and 2 cars i'n the parking lot. Second after sitting, for 20 minutes, I hear the server telling her whole life story to the chef. Finally the chef asks if we would like to order drinks. Thirdly, the ranch salad dressing is horrendous. I really didn't know you could make ranch taste bad. Watered down and flavorless. We also ordered bruschetta, it did not have onions or garlic like the first time I had it and it was bland. Finally, our meals came out, I ordered the shrimp scampi, the shrimp was tough as if it had been microwaved. The sauce was beyond bland. The mushrooms were obviously canned. My girlfriend had a rotten mussel in her dish (frutti de Mare)and her dish was cold in certain spots, hot in others. The waitress came by and saw we weren't eating and asked "do you not like it? " We stated our complaints and we were professional. She did not listen and immediately jumped to being defensive and combative. She said she'd comp the meals. I tried to tell her we'll pay for our drinks and bruschetta. She said "ok leave then" I told her we'd finish our drinks she said "please leave" so we left. We were kicked out because we didn't care for our food. The food isn't even mediocre at best, nor is it fresh. The awful food combined with horrendous, unprofessional service has left a bad taste in my mouth. I couldn't wait to have my girlfriend try this place. Extremely unprofessional, extremely rude and disappointing. Avoid this place at all costs I wil...
