At 8:53am I placed an order at the window with a male wearing a bandana who did not know English. Needless-to-say my order was wrong when I got home. I spent $33.49, ticket # 20001. We ate it nonetheless, being that I like Chile relleno but it wasn't what we ordered. I called and the man did not know English, I was told to call later when the only English worker will be there. So I called and spoke with SASHA, who happened to be very rude. Asked why I was calling late if it happened earlier. Listen, I'm the customer who didn't get her order right. How dare you speak to me like I'm the one in the wrong. Furthermore, she told me she had been there since the morning. Wrong, you lie. The man told me that there were no English speakers there. And too, when I suggested you get bi-bingual window workers your reply: maybe I should take them all aside and teach them English. 10/30/24 - Went to the one on Osuna and 4th Street in Albuquerque NM. Told the employee I wanted 3 flour tortillas beef taco's and 3 beef corn taco shells alacart. Took them 20 minutes. I checked my order before I left. They gave me 6 corn taco shells. I asked about the flour, they said they don't sell them anymore. I said, was it on menu? The company hasn't changed it. I tried to call my boss, because it was hers. She wasn't able to answer. I had leave back to work. So I took it. When they went to eat, cause they were hungry. When they bite into them, the shells were like rubber. The meat was dried up and looked like it stuck to grill. $20 for garbage. They couldn't eat it. No lunch!! If I had time I would have took back, instead throwing them away. I called them on my break. The employee that answered, said he everyone from earlier the day was gone. He couldn't help me. Today this morning I was at this restaurant at 6:28am and did not get service till 6:45am with no one waiting in front of me. I asked the guy I was waiting about 20 minutes. He said he had the mic off and was waiting for the machine (plancha) to turn on. Then he made me 3 ground beef tacos. But very greasy, extremely greasy. Not sure if he did that purposely after I told him on google it says 6am it’s open. So that would mean ready for business. I think arrangements need to be made so restaurant is ready to serve at 6am like google says. But tacos were very greasy and uncomfortable to eat. It was a waste of my time and breakfast & even writing this. I spent $8.01 and not worth it all today. I usually go and get very good service from the 2 ladies usually at the drive thru.
