Various things going on here, tea is good but no ice, #7 sausage breakfast burrito..ask no cheese add green chile, you'll get cheese no green chile nor the sausage or extra chz no green chile no sausage , or just eggs and cheese or eggs and green Chile and both no sausage? Then told move to next window(confirm order when pay, and when get to next window ,and when hand you your meal at next wait window everyone says yes order correct) I check it , they roll eyes! Guess what... order wrong!!! missing chile , has cheese, no sausage and so forth. so, if the person is still standing there and did not just hand order to you ,close window and walk away they say oh... I asked cooks they say yeah..sorry and take it back fix order, I again check usually it's good to go, but on occasion still forget sausage. Take it the #7 is sausage egg n cheese burritos..only thing do is NO CHEESE, ADD SIDE GREEN. Tickets normally right so back peeps that not reading tickets, rushing through and just going through routine OH #7 and just make as comes! When ask for extra ice more likely NO ice, so learned to just ask for extra cup off ice at pick up window, lol but even then Maybe you get half cup and no lid, have to be specific....FULL CUP OF ICE WITH LID! They then look at your drink, say has ice with attitude look.. so I say "oh" so give me extra...full cup.. with lid đ€š.everything is move to next window đđđI'm like seriously, you can't just reach behind you for cup of ice? You just did drinks and have them sitting there?understand that there's time limit at window but takes second to get verses trying make excuses, then have to walk away from window "again" just to correct simple doing. just fact of attitude roll of eyes gets in play for them and I'm not even rude, laugh , joke, smile say yeah understand errors but I'm actually a regular there and sure drive thru peeps...
   Read moreOrdered through the app, didn't get my food till 45 minutes later. The employees were messing up orders, giving other ppls orders to the wrong customers. Every car outside at the pickup spots had to go inside to try to get their food. When we went inside, there was no employee helping the register. There were plenty of employees in the back cooking and running the drive threw. There were 2 people in front of me trying to get to the register and about people waiting for food. After another 20 minutes, one employee helped the 1st guy in line, then told him to go back to his car and wait until they brought it out. That employee tried leaving the register when the customer in front of me begged him to help place an order, letting him know he was in line for over 30 minutes. The male employee got a female employee to yake his order. At that point, the female employee announced that they were only taking cash. I immediately let her know that I ordered online. And still haven't got my order, She proceeded to help me.She looked in the back for my order.Almost gave me somebody else's order which was similar to what I ordered.I told her no, that wasn't mine.She called the manager to help her cause.She couldn't find it. The manager ended up finding it with my name. Took the food in a rush to make it back in time for work. The lady saw me outside, returning to my car while she was taking someone's order out and apologized sincerely. She let me know that a few hours earlier, they weren't too busy, so they let the employee home right before lunchtime, and they couldn't keep up with the lunch crowd. The food was old and cold, but what can I do...
   Read moreWent t mc Donald's on 4th and bridge and the service was horrible l. We were the third car in line we arrived at 10:35 pm and did not leave there till 11:03 pm.. we had ordered 3 mc doubles with big Mac sauce and one with green chili. All 3 had no big Mac sauce, we also ordered 2 10 piece nuggets one was original and one was the spicy nuggets meal yet when we got home both the 10 piece nuggets were original. The fries were all soggy like they had been re dipped in the fryer all the food was cold and they had forgotten our hot n spicy sandwich from the beginning so we had to wait on that, as well as we had to ask for all condiments like dipping sauces because they failed to provide them even though we had asked for them specifically when we ordered... The staff was rude and upon leaving there were about 10 cars all waiting for there order in the parking lot which we witnessed about 3 cars complaining about there orders... I will be calling corporate in the morning as well to bring this to there attention and hope changes are made. This visit was a waste of $36.17 and hope we can get compensated for the poor service. I tried calling the store b 3 times yet was unable to speak to any staff or managers due to the fact that the calls were never answered .... Hopefully corporate can get these problems resolved ...
