Terrible experience! First of all I felt very unwelcome from the staff( only 2 women working) because I didn't speak Spanish! Got dirty looks and snickers. The restaurant itself was old with outdated fixtures, tables and chairs. Was very hesitant to even stay and order, but my husband wanted to try the taquetos and had heard the gorditos were good from a friend...we were at the wrong location...his buddy goes to the one off Coors Blvd. We ordered 2 plates and 2 sodas and waited quite a while to receive our food when they weren't even busy, maybe 3 other tables. I guess it was too busy for the 2 of them. When we did finally get our food my husband's taquetos looked half way decent, but my gorditos came totally plan no garnish no beans or rice or salsa just 2 nasty looking pockets with beef stuffed in them! I was shocked to say the least for $14! Usually at other Mexican restaurants a plate means with beans and rice at least! Anyway my husband asked her for a garnish for my plate and to add some cheese and he also had to ask her for the sodas we ordered. The woman took my plate to the back and messed around with it for a while and when she brought it back there was shredded lettuce on the plate and I guess she stuffed some cheese inside the gorditos. Still had to ask again for our drinks! I started to eat and it tasted like rotten cheese inside, the beef wasn't bad but the cheese and the gordito itself tasted off/rotten. I felt nauseous after a couple of bites and had my husband try it. He didn't like it either! I couldn't eat it! So I waited for him to finish his taquetos and we paid and left. We Will never be back there again! Rude staff, nasty food and ridiculous prices for what you get! They deserve a zero!

I stopped by here because it's the closest restaurant to I-25. And I must say it is the best choice I could have made. It may not look like much on the outside but when I came in it was quite. The 2 wonderful lady's were inviting and very friendly. And I will say the food is just as great as their service. I'm dining in and ordering food to go on my way out. It looks smells and tastes exactly like home-cooked Mexican food at it's best! Keep up the great job! If you've never eaten here, it's must thing to do.

Even though It looks like a just little shack, you will find the best taco and burritos you have never tasted before. You will realize what is real meal in a Mexican home. The best Mexican food I have ever had. Very kind people will serve you with beautiful smile. If you can speak Spanish, it'll help you, though.

Take my word for it when I say the ladies here working are very uninviting. Me & my sister ordered to go and we waited over 30+ mins just to discover they had it on the counter just sitting. Not to mention the 3 tables that walked in after us sat down and ordered. During that 30 mins they all got served drinks and food before I even got my order. I was fed up and asked for a refund. Talked to the manager and all she had to say was she's sorry. The workers here do speak Spanish but that's not a way to treat your customers that spent over 55$ for nasty greasy food anyway. NEVER going back and I do not recommend this...
