McDonald's — Restaurant in Alexandria

Terrible service. The manager and her friend kept walking back and forth completely ignoring my calls for help/questions/and service. I was even picking up for Doordash and they still did this to me. I was waiting probably about 30 minutes before I started raising my voice to speak to a manager bc there was a long line that had formed behind me and I still hadn't gotten the order I made for myself nor the doordash order and still nothing but maybe one or 2 rude words with rolls of the eyes and scoffs in my direction the entire time I waited. Finally I'm guessing the lady that finally came to the rescue was maybe the GM, but she listened to my very irate rant about not getting and service for as long as I had been there and offered me a free m flurry after me showing her the receipt I paid for mine in cash so long beforehand and the doordash order screen just as proof of how long I had been waiting for service. She even told me one of these two girls purposely ignoring me was a SHIFT MANAGER and she personally was angry as well. Within seconds, my orders appeared as well as the free mcflurry I was offered and I left. I have never received such horrible service. I was polite as ever up to the point that I could literally see them smirking as I called for help. I'm usually not one to be a "Karen", but damnit it was necessary tonight. They both deserve to be fired if they can't act right towards the public! I do thank the GM for coming to the rescue, but I highly doubt that I'll ever return to that location even for Doordash. So I went through the drive through today to get me and my son some food . I ordered a kids meal and a crispy chicken meal. Get to the window I’m giving my meal and told I have to wait on the happy meal. So I checked my food and my food was cold both the sandwich and fry I asked the girl for fresh fries she took the fries then handed me the same fries. So I pulled up and went inside. The girl that was working the counter act like I was invisible so finally I said excuse me can I get a fresh meal please she looked at me with a attitude and walked off. So I stood there waiting 12 mins . I hear the manager that was helping make the food say why this sandwich right here the cashier was like she want a fresh one. The black lady with a yellow shirt idk if she a manager or not was like I’m not about that make this over tell that lady ….. and she didn’t finish saying what she was about to say because I was standing right there . At this point I’m asking for my money back . And passing words with the workers. A black man with a grey collar shirt stepped in . He calmed me down and assured me he would refund me and remake my order. He also apologized for the lady behavior he said she out of line and she always have issues with customers . And that she make his shift harder. That lady needs a attitude check for when she’s at work or need to not work...

Ordered biscuit sandwiches through the mobile app. Got to the speaker and employee said they were out of biscuits. I should not have been able to order them if thats the case. Got to the window and the employee verified if i wanted to sub a muffin for both or a McGriddle. The employee from the kitchen yelled tell her to make her mind up, it was not my inconvenience that caused this, so there should have not been any disdain for me. Then i asked for ketchup and the same employed that yelled out at me asked why I needed it. I said for my hash-browns which she did not have in the bag although I ordered them and acted like it was a problem to give me my food. After counting i only received two hash-browns when there should have been three i waited for someone to respond to me at the window and i stated i was missing a hash brown the same yelling employed said i only had two when in fact i ordered three why do i have to argue with you when you did not even get my order right the first time, you didn’t have the food I ordered i was kind enough to substitute and you are rude and yelling.
