Quebedeaux's Cajun Kitchen — Restaurant in Alexandria

I will only write a review after a few visits and after trying as many items on a menu as I can. My first few lunch visits, when the restaurant was new, were very good. The food was fresh, well presented and ample. However, some later visits were not so good depending on who was in the kitchen. I even bought the Quebedeaux sausage, which is pretty tasty, to cook with at home. Now, I find the food tends to be inconsistent. The atmosphere is okay, but the music often blares so loudly, quiet conversations are almost impossible. The service can be excellent depending on who is taking and serving the order.
