This restaurant, as well as the owners, are outstanding. I truly will never have the patience they have for rude customers, tacky bad reviews, judgements made without any knowledge of the food industry or the trials of owning your own business. I am truly appreciative of their pizza making talents, their willingness to go above and beyond with new recipes as well as a gluten free menu, and their continued support of the surrounding communities. I understand people have become accustomed to a "i deserve it right now" attitude, but good food comes with a little wait sometimes. I don't expect to receive a filet mignon through a drive thru window - good food takes preparation - and man oh man is their food delicious! If you are going to complain that a restaurant is "too busy" or the workers are "short on the phone because they are so busy" then maybe spread the word they need help finding good reliable workers. Otherwise, feel free to go to a drive thru or have something mass produced and dropped at your front door. Keep up the AMAZING work Momma's Boy!! You are truly appreciated as a wonderful staple in our...
Read morePizza is great for sure. But the customer service I encountered on the phone while trying to order was horrible. The male on the phone sounded like he hated his job and was extremely rude. No greeting at all, he spoke aggressive and was not friendly at all. If you hate your job, find something else that doesn't interact with customers so they do not have to deal with your negative attitude. Customer service for me is a big deal and I believe for most customers as well, especially in Rockford it's very rare to come across rude businesses. It's the first impression customers get when purchasing from a business and immediately turns off customers from returning. I've liked Momma's Boy pizza for quite some time but I have never dealt with service like this before and unfortunately due to the rude employee (I don't know if it was Steve the owner) I will not be returning to this establishment. And if customer service is a big deal for you, DO NOT SUPPORT...
Read moreThis pizza is amazing totally amazing. This is why I chose to call after church at 7:20. I started calling their phone was busy so I just drove over and got there at 7:50. I asked if I Could order I was told no they stop making the last pizza at 7:45 which is fine and then I said do you realize that I could not call I have not been able to call since 720 and the girl that was behind the counter just laughed about it. I told her she was rude, and she laughed again, I think that the customer service needs to be stepped up if you’re gonna stop making pizzas at seven You should post that on your website because it says 8 PM. They literally had everything cleaned up so they started cleaning up way before 745. I will still come but now I know I cannot call after 720 so I will order my pizzas. Prior to church and ask for them to be ready at 7:45 thank you
I will for sure be back I love your pizza, thank you...
