Read moreThey have always had an issue with messing up orders. Now I'm done and will boycott this overpriced sub par fast food place. We had 3 orders for 5 different people in the drive through. We narrowed it down to 2 orders because we had coupons. We were told one coupon per visit when my coupon clearly says one per customer. My niece told them to forget it that I was going to walk in and order. They said fine. Upon getting in there the manager Jenny or Stephanie I was too mad to pay attention to what her name was when she informed me because I came in the car they would not honor my coupon. I walked telling them in not so nice words to pound sand. In the drive through my niece had three of the meals that come with ranch and when she asked they said the ranch was in the bag she looked thoroughly and there was none and even said the server could look in the bag. The server refused and instead handed off one ranch. Upon arriving home we discover indeed there were none but the one ranch she was handed and the meal was wrong all the sodas were cherry coke and there was a fry missing. When my niece called to complain she got nothing but attitude again and they hung up on her when she asked for the corporate number. Afterwards they refused to answer the phone after multiple calls. In today's day and age when every dollar counts and fast food was supposed to help out the working man/woman who has a light wallet and kids. Customer service is the only thing a businesses has to keep a customer base when they are over charging for their sub par food anyways. Not to mention they tried to upcharge the meal that was accepted with a coupon a two whopper meal and fries for $5.99 and they asked for over $15.00 dollars. Avoid this place like the plague....
Read moreSince your website has no way of leaving a message, I will do it this way. I understand that it is corporate policy to now ask for a customer's name in drive-thru, however, I don't give my name and won't. I am going thru the drive thru, not a sit down restaurant with a waitress. Because I won't give my name, your employees get snippy with me. Another very irritating company policy is handing the customer their napkins, straw, etc when they pay instead of putting those items in the bag. PUT THEM IN THE BAG!!! I am driving!!! I don't want them getting dirty on my seat or blowing around my car everywhere, I WANT them in the bag. It is more convenient and cleaner. So, when I request that your employees get VERY snippy and rude with me. Now, I own a retail business of my own and I know customer service is paramount in today's competitive business. None of these company policies enhance my experience with the your business, especially since your employees haven't been trained on how to handle the situation when a customer doesn't want to give their name and wants all their items in a bag for convenience. Neither of these company policies enhance my dining experience (even if the employees were good at handling it), in fact, both detract from my dining experience. This experience was at 4705 14 Mile Road,...
