Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Aliso Viejo

I came to visit again tonight 4/06/25 this Carl's Jr in Aliso Viejo and once again the place was very clean and to top it off today I got to experience Luis the cashier in onother level of customer service. He was good to me, very friendly, but most of all I saw Him to be very tentive to his other customers. He cares to make the customers feel comfortable and to be able to feel at home while they wait for their food. He goes out of his way to makesure that they are taken care of while they are dinning at the restaurant. It's nice to see an employee in this case Luis how he loves his job! People like him should be acknowledged so that they can continue to make the business better. Luis is a good example to follow to put as example on how to give exelent customer service. Thank you Luis for being an amazing employee because of you I will continue to visit this Location 🥰

Very clean, and very friendly fast food restaurant.. Luis is very friendly with people and he likes to makesure you are satisfied with his service. Very polite. I've been to other fast food restaurant and they are hating their job.i give Luis...

Look it's Carl's Jr. I'm not going to go all "Yelp", however they do deserve my 5*.

Let me tell you why these guys are 5 star.

This is the best service and food I've gotten across the nation at a Carl's Jr., whether it be out of state here on the West coast, or on the East coast at the Hardee's version. The best.

The food has been made fresh every time. Because of this, you guys have been stealing my business that would typically go to a Wendy's.

The friendliness of employees has been top notch. Two separate times now. The first time I went out of my way to tell the manager great job on my burger and fries. The gentlemen tonight was literally running to help me. Super polite.

Now the food. I've been eating the protein burger here. You guys make the best protein burger out there. Only habit gets close. In and out can't touch this burger.

I don’t write many reviews but I have to say that this is the worst Carl’s Jr. I’ve been to as far as service goes. I came through the drive thru tonight with a coupon for a buy one famous star, get one for a dollar. I told the woman at the speaker that I had a coupon for that. As soon as I got to the window, I handed her my coupon…so it should be clear what I had ordered. She then comes back and says, “You didn’t order the meal?” I said no, I just want the two famous stars. Then a man comes to the window, who’d I guess is the manager, and asks me if I want western bacon cheeseburgers?? I said no, I just want the two famous stars on the coupon. After a minute he says “Ok that will be $18.25 or something. I told him this is ridiculous and just left without paying, which is the first time I have ever done that at any fast food place. I’ll make sure to avoid this location...
