Starbucks — Restaurant in Aliso Viejo

I have gotten a new job closer to this Starbucks location so have been going here a couple days out of the week for about two months. I am so disappointed in the staff here. They’re very rude and seem to mess up my order every single time. I always double check the order to make sure that I didn’t mess up but nope it’s them. I understand some days they are busy but this happens every single morning. Also, went inside this time to order my drink and it went from $5.20 on the app to $5.90 in store? Is this even correct? I ordered the exact order off of my mobile app the day before and every other time this week but when I went in store it was $5.90. Not sure why they charged me more inside and then still messed up the order when it was taken in person. I wish I didn’t move jobs because the Starbucks on Alicia and Pacific Park are so much better…they even know you by name, always greet you, and never make mistakes! I’d rather make a commute there than be disappointed and wasting my money at...

Please exercise due diligence in keeping this store safe. Allowing transients to loiter and shout obscenities to customers as they are entering and exiting your store is intolerable.

Also, impersonating a police officer is a felony offense.

I’ve spoken to the staff at Starbucks. They call it freedom of speech. This is harassment.

Stop being complacent to this and take care of your store.

This is happening daily.

Your staff have communicated to me that this particular man makes them uncomfortable. But they do nothing. They fold. They bend.
