Read carefully please if you value your health and wellness : I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and food quality I encountered during my recent visit to your Chipotle location. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expect from your brand, and I feel compelled to share the details.
Upon receiving my order, I was alarmed to find that the vegetables were covered in mud and soil, which not only affected the presentation but raised concerns about food safety and hygiene. Additionally, I discovered a sharp, two-inch wooden piece embedded in my food. This was not only unappetizing but also posed a significant safety risk.
When I brought these issues to the attention of the manager, I was disappointed by the lack of empathy and sincere apologies. There was no acknowledgment of the severity of the situation, which left me feeling undervalued as a customer. It was evident that this was not an isolated incident, as the manager's demeanor suggested that such issues may occur frequently at this location.

Iâve came to this place several times and itâs the same story every time delaying taking the orders of the of the customers. Taking his sweet time, making the orders given off a very, very unfriendly vibe no smiling no even looking at the customers.
I stood in line waiting for him to finish two orders he has no urgency. Heâs not calling anybody else to help him. Heâs making all the orders himself while people are waiting in line after Abe came to my turn he began filling up every single container on the line completely ignoring me, not even saying hi not even acknowledging my presence. He kept on filling up all these tubs with guacamole, letters and all kinds of other stuff when itâs all full in reality or it could still take on a few other orders, heâs extremely rude and he thinks that by doing passive aggressive stuff that people wonât notice or that he doesnât want people to come in past a certain time mind you I came in at 8:30.    Read moreI just moved to Cali from WA State and this by far was the best experience on the first day of our move. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh. And the staff is incredibly professional and welcoming. My cashier was Miguel, by far the best customer service I have ever received at any food place. He was very patient while my young children were ordering and also helpful in ordering. And than Eric and Oscar are two other great employees (one of them is the chef) who also gave us a warm welcome to Cali. The food was so good I asked who the chef was and than Miguel introduced me to them. My kids felt so comfortable and started saying is everyone so nice and friendly in Cali :) I believe having amazing people like Miguel, Oscar & Eric is what makes a business thrive and creates long lasting customers so kudos to all three of them Miguel, Oscar & Eric for such an amazing experience!
