NEVER pay in advance with this Marcos. If something goes wrong with your order, you will never see a refund. 12/26/2023 I ordered two pizzas and wings for pick-up. The order was online and prepaid by CC. When I arrived to pick up, I was informed they were out of wings so I asked for a refund for that amount. It would have been $13.77. The employees were unable to process a refund and told me only a manager could and there was not one present. They promised to let the manager know. I have been ordering from this store for about 10 years and never had an issue and thought I could give them a chance to earn my trust. 12/28/2023 Trust but verify so I called the store asked for a manager. I spoke a person who claimed to be the GM. He promised to process the refund and even offered an additional credit. 1/4/2024 One week later and no sign of the refund so I called the store and left a message for the GM. 1/6/2024 Called the store again because still no sign of the refund nor a call from the GM. 1/8/2024 Same as above. 1/9/2024 It was clear that the GM was not going to refund the wings and the GM had no intention of calling me back. It is amazing to me that the supposed GM would care so little about a long term customer and not refund an incomplete order. It is surprising that is part of the Marco’s customer service experience. Read moreOne of the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experiences I’ve ever had!!! Pizza was delivered by a young girl who appeared to be mad and left without even a “Thank You”. Despite her unfriendliness, I tipped the girl $5, but worse than the girl’s attitude, was the pizza!! I opened the box and it looked like the pizza had been thrown upside down and run over! Cheese, sauce, and toppings were everywhere BUT on the crust - slices on top of one another and mushed up all together! Called Marcos and asked to speak to the manager. No manager on duty, so I spoke to ALYSSA who WAS EVEN WORSE than the rude delivery girl! Alyssa kept interrupting me and actually YELLED at me while I was trying to explain what happened. Alyssa was EXTREMELY argumentative, rude, and condescending and is the antithesis of helpful. Alyssa obviously doesn’t have the ability to grasp the simple concept of “Customer Service” and is the epitome of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I demanded a credit, since Alyssa offered up nothing and finally received one after my long and grueling ordeal with her over the phone. I now believe Alyssa was the rude delivery girl. Read moreWe order from Marco's all the time, and have never had any issues. This time we ordered two pizzas from here to be delivered. The email to track my order said the delivery driver was named John and that our pizza would be here at 8:25pm. I keep checking and nothing. 8:45pm rolls around and I check the status, and my email says the pizza has been delivered. Well the pizza was NOT delivered to my house. I call and let the guy know (Ashton), so he calls John to verify where he delivered. John says my address, but we have zero pizza. Ashton was very rude and accused us of trying to get free pizza. After arguing with us, and so rudely saying "we aren't going to just give you free pizza" he said he could come up and speak to the GM. My boyfriend left to go up there and I get a call saying that he is sorry for arguing and will refund our card and give us the pizza for free, but is marking my account if this happens again they wont give my money back. I told them I dont want the pizza i want my money. Horrible service, and I'm upset to say I no longer will dine here. My boyfriend is at the store now speaking with the GM, however with this bad taste in my mouth I dont believe they can make it right.
