Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Allen

The pizza was put together with no care & was like dry cardboard. The taste was also horrible compared to the McDermott store I usually frequent. My son cannot eat cheese so we have to order pizzas with no cheese for him. It would be great if the marinara was present & evenly spread out over the pizza. There should not be dry spots on the pizza. If I can look at a pizza prior to my son eating it & know how it's going to turn out then I would expect people making the pizza should have enough experience to know how to make a quality pizza should look & taste like. This pizza did not represent your brand. This often happens when I have to order at an alternative location. My primary location on McDermott was out of pineapples. The manager at the store on bethany in allen tx was extremely rude when they made a mistake by providing a less than acceptable pizza. I initially asked if they could make a new one. However, she was so rude that i didn't trust that my pizza wouldn't be comprised. I wish I could always use the McDermott location but I can't when they don't have pineapples, ham, or green olives. It's getting to a point that I will have to start exploring other pizza retailers if this issue continues. We don't want free pizza, we want better service. I've ordered from this location numerous times and you'd think it'd get better but it doesn't. When you've got a house full of family and hungry kids you want what you order when you order it. It's frustrating when you place your order and then have half of the family wait for fresh pizzas because they weren't made worthy enough to sell. Nearly every time there's something wrong with the order. The order is usually the same with the exception of drinks, cheesey bread or wings; which are trash btw, not sauced enough and usually overcooked or like they've been cooked gotten cold and recooked in old oil. We always get light sauce because you'll end up with cheese floating on a bed of sauce if you don't. Then there's the time our pizzas only had toppings down the middle and the rest was dry and cooked with light sauce but nothing else. There's one manager that tries her best to satisfy her customers, Imani. She's been great and she's had to replace our pizzas on more than one occasion. But I'm so tired of ordering food, paying then having to wait for fresh food because the food we ordered and paid for wasn't fresh. Pizza Hut needs to step...

Walking in we could see our completed order in the warming oven, yet there was no one running the register or near the front of the store. Finally calling out several times, we were able to get an associates attention at the back of the store who ambled to the front, obviously not in any hurry who when we pointed to the oven said that was our order, went to the cash register without even acknowledging we were there or that he had heard us, punched in a few keys printing the receipt and then asked us to sign and did we want a copy before pulling out the to go order. As we were signing possibly a manager popped in from behind the wall and said oh good your taking care of him and then immediately disappeared. As we picked up our order we apologized for taking up his time and left. Not really a place we would want to do business with. The upside the food was good, they carry chicken (as our local PH and closer PH seems to not have), the food was fresh and hot as we are a few more miles away.
